| 中文摘要: | 在国民收入水平不断提高和北京张家口联合申办2022年冬奥会的背景下,国内滑雪旅游产业受到了空前的关注,作为产业的核心主体,滑雪度假区进入了快速发展的阶段。尽管前景广阔,但现阶段的国内滑雪旅游企业大多都处在对自身商业模式的探索阶段。本研究以Hamel(2000)的商业模式理论作为基础理论框架,参考从各种视角出发的商业模式理论,结合对战略创新与竞争优势理论的研究,提出战略视角下的商业模式分析框架。案例方面,从北美、欧洲两大滑雪旅游产业最为成熟的地区选取最具代表性的滑雪度假企业,搜集公司年报、募股说明书、全球各级滑雪协会的数据以及各类文献等大量二手资料,对案例企业的商业模式、战略创新与竞争优势进行分析,归纳、总结行业典型的商业模式,以期为我国滑雪度假企业的发展提供借鉴。通过研究,本文得出以下结论: 第一,滑雪度假企业的典型商业模式主要有:资金密集集团模式、绝对滑雪核心模式、四季运营度假区模式、多元化集团模式。第二,对极致度假体验与高品质服务的追求,建立强大的品牌影响力,以及贯穿顾客迎来送往的全过程服务流程,是各类商业模式的共同点。第三,不同商业模式的战略创新与竞争优势缘于企业对商业模式要素构成或组合方式上的创新,这也是企业竞争优势的主要来源,集中体现在企业结构、企业顾客价值、以及企业价值网络的范围上。第四,对不同商业模式、不同商业模式下的战略创新与竞争优势进行比较,得出滑雪度假企业的商业模式构建与作用机制。 本论文的研究意义主要体现在以下两点:在理论上,对滑雪旅游产业企业商业模式的探讨,可以作为一般商业模式与战略创新、竞争优势研究的建议,包括对企业商业模式的选择、战略创新的启示、企业价值网络发展方式与发展程度的选择等。 在实务上,本研究所选取的案例企业在内外部资源、业务构成上与国内的滑雪度假区企业具有相似性,对其商业模式的分析可为尚处在对盈利模式探索阶段的国内滑雪度假起企业提供借鉴。 关键词:商业模式;战略创新;竞争优势;滑雪旅游产业;滑雪度假企业 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, with people's increasing disposable income and living standard, and Beijing and Zhangjiakou’s bid for the 2022 Olympic Winter Games, China’s skiing tourism industry has attracted much more attention than ever before. As the centre body of the industry, China’s ski resorts are developing quickly. But most ski resorts companies are still under a stage of exploring the appropriate business models. Based on Hamel (2000)’s business model framework, with reference to other business model theory, research on strategic innovation and competitive advantage, this study proposed a strategic framework of business model. The thesis choosed the most representive companies from North America and Europe, collected data base on the companies’ annual report, prospectus, professional association’s report, and other secondary data source, and analyzed the business model, strategic innovation and competitive advantage of each representative case, and then summarized the classification of business model in the industry, so as to provide reference for Chinas’ ski resort companies. It drew the following conclusions: First, Ski resorts company’s classic business models are: capital intensive group mode, Ski core mode, all season operation mode and diversified group mode. Second, four modes have some commonalities: pursuing perfect holiday experience and high quality of service, establishing strong brand influence, serving procedure throughout the consumer’s whole process. Third, different strategic innovation and competitive advantage come from the different innovation of business model’s elements and the compound mode, which particularly reflected in a company’s configuration, its customer value and the scope of its value network. Fourth, comparing the different business models and the strategic innovation and competic advantage from each business model, concluded the building and functioning mechanism of the business model of ski resorts company. The thesis has important implications in both pratical and theoretical aspects. Considering the theoretical implication, the theoritic exploration in the ski resorts company’ business model potentially contributes to researching the general business model, strategic innovation, and competitive advantage theory: such as how to choose or design the business model, the implication of strategic innovation through business model, choosing the mode and the scope of the value network of a company. In practice, the case companies in this thesis have some similarities with the ski resort companies in China, so the analysis of them can provide reference for the companies in China, which are still in the period of exploring the profit mode.
