| 中文摘要: | 项目是在复杂的环境中进行的,并且受到众多因素的影响。对于这些内外因素,从事项目活动的主体往往认识不足或者没有足够的力量加以控制,项目的过程和结果常常出人意料,有时不但未能达到项目主体预期的目的,反而使其蒙受各种各样的损失。 本文首先对风险管理的系统理论进行了回顾,介绍了项目风险识别和应对、监视、控制以及全寿命周期风险管理的相关理论。本文采用了全寿命周期风险管理的相关理论方法,将高炉煤气干法除尘年修项目分为计划阶段、准备阶段、检修阶段、结束阶段四个阶段。本文从四个阶段出发,根据各自不同的特点,分别采用了头脑风暴法、WBS分解、鱼刺图、现场检查表等风险识别方法进行项目风险的识别,并形成了年修项目的风险列表;同时对各阶段分别采用了风险审核检查表、现场检查法、网络图法等风险监视方法对风险进行监控。根据风险识别和分析的结果,制订了相应的风险应对计划,进行风险监控,采取了风险控制措施。特别是针对检修阶段,还制订了相应的应急预案,以确保将各类风险因素对年修项目的影响程度降到最低。本文最后以莱钢干法除尘年修项目为例进行了具体研究。 通过案例研究,找到了符合钢铁企业高炉煤气干法除尘年修项目实际的风险识别与控制相关理论方法,有助于现场工作人员风险管理水平的提高,为今后此类项目的风险管理工作提供了借鉴。通过研究得出,将风险管理相关理论应用于干法除尘年修项目管理中,能有效管理实际项目的各类风险因素,减少风险因素对年修项目目标的影响,保证年修项目的顺利实施。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Project is carried out under complicated environment, and influenced by many different factors. Because of some internal and external influencing factors, which are not fully recognized or not enough controlled by project team, the process and result of a project are usually out of prediction. And sometimes it leads all kinds of loss, far from meeting the predicted purpose of the Project main body. This study reviews systematic theories of risk management first, and introduces the related theories of project risk identification and response, monitoring, control and total life cycle risk management as well. Based on the total life cycle risk management theories and methods, this article divides the annual repair project of dry dedusting for blast furnace gas system into four stages: planning stage, preparation stage, repairing stage and finishing stage. The study proceeds according to the different characteristic of four stages for annual repair project of dry dedusting. To identify the project risk, the author used different methods separately, such as Brain Storming, WBS, Fishbone chart, Scene check table and so on, and formed the risk list. Then different methods, including Risk verification check table, Scene check table, Network Diagram and so on, were used to monitor the risk in each stage respectively. Based on the result of risk identification and analysis, the study worked out risk response planning in order to monitor project risk, and adopt regulatory measure. According to the repairing stage specially, the study established corresponding contingency plans in order to minimize the effect of all kinds of risk factors on the project of annual repair. In the end, the study conducted specific research through the case of annual repair project of dry dedusting for Blast furnace gas system in Laiwu Steel. By the aid of case study, the author has found the corresponding risk identification and control theories and methods that are suitable for annual repair project of dry dedusting for blast furnace gas system in steel enterprises. This can be very helpful in improvement of risk management level for the operation staff on job site, and can be a good reference for risk management in such kind of similar project. It also can be obtained from the study that the application of risk management in annual repair project of dry dedusting for blast furnace can manage all kinds of risk factors in practical projects effectively, and reduce the influence degree of risk factors to the goal of annual repair project, in order to ensure that the annual repair project proceed successfully. | |
