中文摘要:摘 要 服务业与制造业的逐渐融合,使得汽车制造业的生产效率和服务形态也随之发生了翻天覆地。就目前来看,服务型制造业的出现为我国经济的转型提供了良好的时机,我国的制造业亟待改变原有的受支配的低端环节,通过制定适合企业的战略方针,来增强在国际化舞台的竞争优势。 现如今,全球汽车制造业表现出了企业全局服务化的趋势。制造业不仅努力提倡和改进服务营销手段,且将经营行为主动地向服务行业拓展。我们应该充分认识服务化对我国制造业的广泛影响,并且积极完成我国制造业的服务化升级、增强竞争优势。这是目前我国制造业和理论界所面临的重大研究课题。 本文解释了服务型制造的概念内涵,建立新型的服务理念和管理特征。通过对传统型制造业的竞争战略理论分析,提出了服务型制造对传统的制造业的竞争优势及存在的影响。构建了生产环境表示模型,针对组织机构可提供的服务和产品数量进行具体的生产环境建模,并对服务产品以及服务机构的商业化空间进行模型与具体关系的深刻探究,突出了服务型汽车制造业与传统的汽车制造业在生产商品到提供顾客商品中的服务能力和管理机构之间的明显差别。对价值链的各个角度进行对比,研究价值链的整合模式,分析制造型企业的服务增强战略,通过对比组织模式,揭示服务型制造的组织运行机理。本文分析了一汽公司的服务型制造现状和问题,提出了一汽公司的转型战略,并分析了一汽公司转型战略的实施和保障。对比分析制造企业转型前后的运营状况、盈利模式,得出一汽的制造企业在向服务化转型的路径模式。  
英文摘要:Abstract With the gradual integration of services and manufacturing, the production efficiency and service of car manufacturing has also changed greatly. It can be seen from the current situation that the emergence of service-oriented manufacturing provides a good opportunity for the transformation of economy in our country. And the original controlled low-end links in China's manufacturing industry demands prompt change. Enterprise’s competitive on the international stage will be enhanced through the formation of suitable strategies. Nowadays, the global auto industry presents a trend of overall enterprise service orientation. Under such circumstances, manufacturing not only exerts great efforts to promote and improve the service marketing, but also actively expand business behavior to the service industry. We should fully recognize that service has a wide range influence on manufacturing in China, and positively complete the upgrade of our service for manufacturing so as to enhance its competitive advantage. This is the major research topic faced by manufacturing industry and the theoretical circle in our country. This thesis explains the concept and connotation of service-oriented manufacturing to establish the new service concept and management features. Through analyzing the traditional manufacturing industry's competitive strategy theory, proposed a service-oriented manufacturing to the influence of the competitive advantages and problems of the traditional manufacturing industry. Said model, the production environment is constructed in view of the organization can provide the number of services and products to specific production environment modeling, and commercial space of service products and service model and the deep exploration of the relationship between, highlight the service of auto industry and the traditional automobile manufacturing industry in the production of goods to provide customers products services in the obvious differences between ability and management institutions. Comparing different angles of the value chain, the research of the integration of the value chain model, analysis of the manufacturing enterprise strategy of service enhancements, by comparing the organization pattern, reveal a service-oriented manufacturing organization operation mechanism. This thesis analyzes service-oriented manufacturing status quo and problems of the FAW company, puts forward the transformation of FAW company strategy, and analyzes the implementation and assurance of the strategic transformation. Contrast analysis of manufacturing enterprises operating condition before and after the transformation, profit model, FAW manufacturing enterprises to the path of the transformation of service mode.
