| 中文摘要: | 近年来,我国经济一直保持着高速的增长,但是随着劳动力成本上升、环境治理代价的提高,我国经济增速迎来换挡期,从高速增长向中高速平稳增长过渡。中国企业怎样去适应和把握这种经济发展的“新常态”,成为突破发展瓶颈所必须思考的战略课题。 现代企业的竞争实质上是各类资源重组过程的竞争,而资源重组的过程越来越依赖于人,也就是说,人力资源逐渐成为决定一个企业发展潜力乃至一个国家兴衰成败的关键因素,它决定着企业核心竞争力的强弱。所以,如何对企业自身的人力资源进行系统有效地开发对一个企业至关重要。 本文以笔者所供职的中国联合水泥淮海运营管理区(下文简称“中联淮海区”)为主要分析对象,通过对公司所处行业的市场状况和公司现状的介绍,主要针对公司人才的开发培养及其激励进行研究,论文在对原有的员工培训体系进行分析和诊断的基础上,依据培训和激励的相关理论,逐步制定和完善该企业员工培训体系及其激励保障措施。 希望通过本文的研究,将为中联淮海区改进原有的员工培训体系提供合理建议,同时也为其他同类企业提供一定的参考和借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, China's economy has maintained a high-speed growth, but as the rising of labor costs and environmental governance costs, China's economic growth is shifting period, high-speed steady growth from rapid growth to the transition. Chinese enterprises how to adapt to and grasp the "new normal" of economic development, become a bottleneck breakthrough development must consider strategic issues. Modern enterprise competition is essentially the competition of all kinds of resources reorganization. And resources reorganization process more and more depends on the people, that is to say, human resources gradually become decided to enterprise development potential and a national rise and fall success or failure of the key factors, which determines the strength of the enterprise core competitiveness. So, how to carry on the system to the enterprise's own human resources training is very important to an enterprise effectively. In this thesis, the author has worked for The Operation Center of Huaihai region,China United Cement Corporation as the main analysis object, based on the company's industry market conditions and the current situation of the company, mainly aims at the development of talent training and incentives, in the original paper staff training system, on the basis of analysis and diagnosis, according to the training and motivation of related theory, gradually establish and perfect the enterprise staff training system and incentive measures. Hope that through this article research, for The Operation Center of Huaihai region,China United Cement Corporation to improve the original staff training system to provide reasonable Suggestions, as well as other similar enterprises to provide certain reference and reference. | |
