中文摘要：	继互联网时代之后，大数据时代来临，开启了一次新的时代变革。伴随着生活中大数据热潮的不断升温，各行各业都面临着爆发式增长数据的冲击及前所未有的挑战，也对传统运营方式和服务流程提出了更高的要求。医疗健康领域是面临冲击最大的几个领域之一，在时代发展的关键节点，健康管理作为该领域中新兴的行业，结合国内外医院和企业健康管理机构的现状，深入研究大数据内涵及应用方式，探索下一步发展策略具有很强的理论及实践研究意义。 本文从大数据背景下健康管理行业发展现状出发，以大数据、物联网等新兴前沿技术对健康管理行业的影响作为前提，以T健康管理公司为研究对象，结合国内健康管理机构现状及存在问题的系统分析，通过比较分析法、文献调研法、实证分析法等研究方法，进而提出有针对性的解决方案与应对策略。 本文通过对大数据时代背景下T健康管理公司应对策略的系统研究，探索了一条可行性的发展道路，分析并验证了信息化建设在现阶段健康管理领域的必要性。适应大数据和互联网医疗背景，成功构建一套健康管理信息系统，有助于健康深层次拓展数据分析，有助于促进健康管理机构工作流程优化和文化内涵建设，增强核心竞争力。基于当代健康管理实际需求，希望对国内同行业健康管理机构起到切实参考及借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	After the age of the Internet, the arrival of the big data open a new era of change. With the big data boom in everyone’s life continue to heat up, businesses are faced with the impact of the explosive growth of data and unprecedented challenges, also put forward higher requirements on the traditional mode of operation and service process. Healthcare field is one of the biggest several areas facing impact, at the key points of the development of the times, health management as an emerging industry in the field, combined with the present situation of domestic and foreign hospitals and health of enterprise management mechanism, in-depth study of the connotation and application of big data exploration, has strong theoretical and practical significance of studying the development strategy in the next step. This article is in the background of the current situation of the development of health management industry, big data, networking and other emerging technologies on the health management industry as the premise, take T health management companyas the research object, combined with the analysis of present situation of the domestic health management mechanism and the of existing problems of the system, through the comparative analysis method, research method the literature research method, empirical analysis method, and then put forward some specific solutions and coping strategies. Through systematic research on the background of big data T health management company coping strategies, explore a path of development feasibility, analyze and verify the necessity of information technology in the field of health management at this stage. Adapt to the background of big data and Internet medical, build a health management information system successfully to help expand healthy and in-depth data analysis, contribute to health management organizations to optimize workflow and culture, and enhance core competitiveness. Based on the actual needs of contemporary health management, hope of playing a practical reference to the domestic industry health management organizations.
