| 中文摘要: | 中国是肥料大国,化肥施用量和化肥产能约占世界的三分之一,我国人口多土地少,保障农业稳产和增产关系到国家粮食安全,化肥的刚性需求长期存在。中国化肥行业经过近三十年来快速发展,化肥产能飞速扩张,目前产能严重过剩,行业之间的竞争愈来愈激烈,化肥行业面临重新洗牌。化肥企业要生存和发展,必须适应社会发展的需要,适应现代农业发展的需要,培育和形成自已的竞争优势。对企业进行准确的、可行的战略规划,是企业找准定位、打造竞争优势的重要手段。本人在昆明红海磷肥有限责任公司(以下简称红海公司)工作多年,深感战略规划对企业发展的重要性和迫切性,因此尝试对公司发展战略进行研究,希望对公司的未来发展规划有所帮助。 红海公司是云天化股份有限公司的下属控股子公司,主要从事磷肥、复合肥的生产。云天化股份有限公司是云天化集团旗下最具竞争力的上市公司,是中国化肥行业最具影响力的化肥制造企业之一。本论文采用理论和实际结合的方法,运用战略管理的分析工具,系统地分析了外部环境和公司内部条件,研究了行业的发展趋势,结合红海公司的实际情况,根据母公司的总体布局,作出红海公司的定位,制定出红海公司的战略使命和战略目标,作出符合企业发展的战略选择。 本论文研究得出:公司应优化混合所有制的管理模式,充分发挥体制的优势;公司应调整产品结构,实现多元化发展,采取差异化战略,在特定的市场范围内形成自已的竞争优势。为保障战略的顺利实施,要有步骤地实施重点工作,同步推进各项管理工作的改革。 | |
