中文摘要:随着经济全球化的加快,客户需求的多变性和个性化以及信息产业的快速发展,企业不仅仅依靠产品本身的科技含量获得持久的竞争力,先进的供应链管理作为现代化企业管理中的的重要一环地位越来越不容忽视。供应链管理的方法和思想已经被更多的运用到企业的生产运营中,尤其是在产品品质和科技含量趋同化的今天,采购管理和库存水平已成为影响企业效益的重要因素,将直接影响客户满意度和企业的销售业绩。 这要求企业不断改进采购策略和方法,加强上下游之间的沟通,并通过计算机软件技术的实施,在动态的供应链库存管理中实现库存的最小化。 G公司是一家集研发,制造和销售一体的大型外资医疗器械公司,具备比较成熟的采购和库存管理模式和经验,同时由于全球化策略的实施G公司不断的从国外转移新的生产项目到中国本土,这对新项目的供应链管理也提出了极大的挑战。因此本文以G公司为研究对象,通过研究传统供应链库存管理相关理论,以及供应商管理库存(Vendor Management Inventory VMI) 和拉动式的物料供应( Just In Time )等采购策略管理的思想和库存管理模式,结合G公司采购和库存管理过程中出现的问题,提出解决方案,并为同类企业的供应链管理提供参考。本文首先介绍了此项研究的背景、意义以及主要内容和思路,同时对比分析国内外采购策略和库存管理相关理论的发展和管理现状,总结相关经验和教训;其次分别从供应链上下游对G公司分析了采购策略对库存的影响、物料库存管理的现状和在库存控制中存在的问题,以及如何降低库存和库存管理费用。最后结合供应链采购策略和库存管理知识对这些问题提出了解决方案。 
英文摘要:With the acceleration of economic globalization,and variability and personalized customer demand and the rapid development of information industry,Enterprises not only rely on scientific and technological content of the product itself lasting competitive,supply chain management as an important part of a modern enterprise management cannot be ignored. Supply chain management methods and ideas have been applied to the company's operations, procurement and inventory management has become an important factor affecting the level of business efficiency, and will directly affect customer satisfaction and companies’ profit, especially when product quality and technology content convergence today. This requires enterprises to continuously improve ordering policies and methods, enhance communication between the upstream and downstream, to minimize inventory in a dynamic supply chain management by means of the implementation of computer software technology. G is in R&D, production and sales as one large foreign-invested Medical device manufactures, and with more mature procurement and inventory management model and experiences, and with the global strategy while the company continued to transfer new production projects to the Chinese mainland from abroad, supply chain management of new projects face great challenges. Therefore, this paper is for the study of G Company and by studying the traditional supply chain inventory management theories and ordering methodology and inventory Management model such as Vendor Management Inventory and Just In Time, analyze the problem in procurement and inventory management, propose solutions and provide reference for similar enterprise. This paper describes the background of the study, the significance and the main content and ideas, and compares and analyzes domestic and oversea ordering methodology and inventory management theory, summarizes relevant experience and lessons learned; Second, analyzes the impact of inventory procurement strategy, the status of materials inventory management and inventory control problems and how to reduce inventory and inventory management costs. Finally, proposes solutions to these issuers.
