中文摘要:创业活动是时代的产物,当今世界,新一阶段的社会进步浪潮加速而来。信息、能源、材料、医药、环保等领域技术获得了前所未有的突破,蕴育了新的产品模式和商业思维,也激发着一场全人类走向智能生产、绿色生活的新迁徙,其中蕴含的诸多革命性变化,将对国家综合竞争力和世界经济政治格局产生重大深远的影响。顺应这一潮流,我们只有加快创新和建设创新型国家,才能扎实推进经济转型升级和提质增效,抢占国际竞争的战略制高点。在中国很多接受过高等教育的高素质人才,是在政府鼓励全民创业的今天纷纷开始创业历程,创业是一项有益社会的事情,可以有效缓解日渐严峻的就业压力,为加快我国产业更新换代步伐、拉动我国经济的增长方式提供了保证。然而,很多进入创业初期的企业由于受资金不足、人才缺乏以及人脉网无法打开等方面因素的制约,加上缺乏足够的理论知识和实践经验使得初创企业在起步发展阶段跌跌撞撞,备受挫折。实践证明,任何一个初创企业的成功都离不开符合自身企业发展的模式。与此同时,也应注意到企业成长路径对企业发展有着千丝万缕的联系。目前,尽管针对初创企业的课题研究已经有所开展,但是有关国内企业成长领域的研究课题中还没有较为具体的涉及。本文以天品网络公司初创业的模式和企业成长路径为主线,在此基础上探讨了创业企业从创业开始阶段发展到大公司过程中企业的成长路径以及商业模式的演变过程和内在的机理。 本文通过梳理国内外企业成长路径的理论,进而尝试探讨中小企业成长的最佳路径,并以天品网络公司为例,结合互联网发展的时代性背景,查阅天品网络公司的发展历史数据与资料、实际访谈资料、对天品网络企业成长路径进行研究。在本研究中,通过对天品网络公司的案例进行系统的研究,从而展示天品网络企业发展中存在的问题以及后期成长路径规划。并尝试性的构建创业企业成长路径的内在模型,以此关系模型为我国其他创业型企业的成长路径的选择提供了一定的参考。

Comply with this trend, we only have to speed up the innovation and building an innovative country, in order to advance the economic transformation and upgrading and mass transfer efficiency, take international competition strategic high ground. Accepted the higher education in China a lot of high-quality talent, is the government to encourage the entrepreneurial today began undertaking, entrepreneurship is a good society, can effectively alleviate the increasingly severe employment pressure, in order to speed up the pace of industrial upgrading in China, drive of our country's economic growth mode provides a guarantee. Many enter the startup companies, however, due to insufficient funds, lack of talents, and networking aspects factors could not be opened, and the lack of adequate theoretical knowledge and practical experience at the early stage of development of start-up enterprises is stumbling, frustrated. Practice has proved that the success of any a start-up is inseparable from the fit with their enterprise development pattern. At the same time, also should pay attention to the enterprise growth path connected to the enterprise development. At present, although research has been carried out for start-ups, but relevant research topics in the field of domestic enterprises growth has not been more specific. Based on the early day product network company business model and enterprise growth path for the main line, on the basis of the development from the beginning stage venture enterprises is discussed to big companies in the process of enterprise growth path and the evolution of business model and the inner mechanism. In this article, through combing the domestic and foreign enterprises growth path theory, and then try to explores the best route to growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, and to day network company as an example, combining The Times background of the development of the Internet, consult the day network the development history of company data and information, the actual interview data, study of day network enterprises growth path. In this study, together with the case of network company day system research, product to show day late network problems existing in the enterprise development and growth path planning. And tentatively build start-ups growth path model, based on the relational model our other entrepreneurial enterprises growth path choice provides a certain reference.
