| 中文摘要: | 随着改革开放的不断深入,我国已成为世界第二大经济体,企业融入国际化的趋势加速,经营方式正在向集团化、多元化、外向化的方向发展。企业要发展,管理最关键。六西格玛质量体系理念和模式被更多企业广泛采用和推行,并证明了六西格玛是二十一世纪企业获得生存与发展的必要工具。六西格玛并不是仅仅只为了建立新的流程,而是越来越多的参与到整个企业的流程优化与改进。实施六西格玛质量体系已经成为各国企业争相效仿最重要的有力武器和提升产品品质的有效途径。 本文首先介绍并回顾了摩托罗拉六西格玛质量体系体系的发展历程以及其对世界的影响,然后以联想集团为例,作为六西格玛在国内本土企业的代表,分析了联想集团如何融入并执行六西格玛质量体系体系,联想对六西格玛质量体系的实施过程以及优化与改善,由此延伸到六西格玛在中国企业实施需要的方向及可能出现的问题,希望由此得到一些可供国内企业参考的经验。 最后,本文还指出,我国本土企业可能存在的一些不足和困难,包括项目在执行过程中需要注意的地方。如今六西格玛质量体系体系逐渐为越来越多的企业认可,视为通过质量提高来获得实际效益的更加有效的途径,并且逐步应用到战略层面,用以提高企业转型的问题解决上来。本文希望通过联想集团在实施六西格玛质量体系方面取得的的经验和教训的分析,能对中国本土企业掌握六西格玛质量体系要领、了解六西格玛质量体系实施的基本条件和实施的关键因素起到一定的帮助作用,并且希望能够给予那些正在进行六西格玛质量体系实施的公司带来更多的经验分享,由此让他们对六西格玛质量体系有更深层次的理解,使我国本土企业增强公司竞争力,更好地实现企业的社会价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the deepening of reform and opening up, China has become the world's second largest economy. Enterprises face of international competition trend is gradually revealed, which requires those local company moves forward to the direction of grouped, diversified, export-oriented. How to find a more effective management is the key to the development. Six Sigma quality management method and management model is being more importation for enterprises adoption and implementation, which proves Six Sigma is the essential tool for enterprise to succeed in 21st century. Six sigma is not just only in order to establish a new process. The implementation of Six Sigma has become an effective way to emulate the most important foreign enterprises a powerful weapon and upgrade product quality. This thesis briefs the development of Motorola's Six Sigma quality management system and the influence to the world, and then taking sample of Lenovo Group, as local enterprises, analyzes how the Lenovo Group introduces the Six sigma and further implementation and optimization, and expend the range to other local Chinese enterprises, discuss the potential problem and try to give suggestion, hopefully, these thesis would give more constructive advice to the local companies. Finally, the thesis also points out the shortcomings and areas requiring attention of local businesses that may exist in the implementation of Six Sigma projects. Now, Six Sigma quality management system has gradually been accepted by more and more enterprises, and from a strategic perspective to help companies solve specific problems in the transition process. By analyzing the experiences and lessons Lenovo made in the implementation of Six Sigma management, and hope this can give those being implemented Six Sigma bring more experience to share, so that our local enterprises to enhance the competitiveness of companies, to achieve greater social value | |
