| 中文摘要: | 摘 要 随着现代商品经济的不断发展,尤其是生产力的不断进步,使企业的竞争日趋激烈,市场需求的变化日新月异,产品生命周期日益缩短,项目的开发越来越快,项目开发的风险也越来越大。 产品研发作为一种创新活动,一直是企业能否成功的重要因素,是企业核心竞争力的关键指标。由于产品研发的成败对企业的影响较大,只能成功不能失败的观点,越来越多的被企业作为对产品研发项目的要求。同时由于项目本身的一次性和不可重复性的特点,注定了产品研发是一项机会和风险并存的复杂活动。企业如果相通过产品研发而取得竞争优势,就必须加强产品开发的项目管理。由于项目的成功依赖于对项目风险的识别和合理控制,于是如何做好风险管理,减少项目过程中的不确定性因素,降低项目的风险,越来越受到项目开发团队越来越多的关注,越来越成为项目管理人员研究的重点。实践证明,实施系统的项目风险管理已成为保证项目成功交付的重要措施。 本文针对电子产品新产品开发的风险特征和风险因素,在系统介绍项目风险管理体系和基本理论后,重点探讨了电子产品新产品开发的风险管理模式,从产品的行业特征到对风险的识别、风险的评估、风险的防范和风险的监控进行了论述和探讨,并结合实际的产品开发案例作了实证分析,把理论与实践相结合,以达到理论指导实践的目的,以此帮助企业提高项目研发的能力,赢得市场和可持续发展,为今后电子产品的研发项目管理提供一种简便而又有效的操作模式。 关键词:电子产品 研发项目 项目风险管理 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract The development of modern commercial economy, especially the quickly development of productivity, make the enterprises’ competition severely. The market demand is changing day after day, the life cycle of product is decreasing and the risk of product development is higher and higher. New product development, as a creative activity, is a key target of enterprises’ core competition and it is a significant factor to identify one enterprise’s success or fail. Because the product development has a strong impaction to the enterprise’ business some enterprises only want the project success not fail. But characteristics of project, unique and non- repeat, decide product development is a process composed of risk and benefit. If an enterprise want to enhance the competition through product development it must to find some way to ensure the project can be finished. Because the success of a project relies on the good control project risk that more and more project teams begin to focus on the project risk management. How to find the risk, how to control the risk and how to mitigate the risk have been the research subjects of project teams. Practices testified that systematic project risk management can guarantee delivering the program successfully. This thesis emphasizes on risk management model according to risk features and risk elements of electronic product development. The thesis introduces the basic management theory systematically from the business line features to the risk identification, risk assessment, establishing risk control plan and establishing tracking plan. The thesis wants to combine the risk management theory with the project process to give a sample reference mode to the thermostat development project in future.
