| 中文摘要: | 伴随着以互联网为主体的第三波创业热潮的出现,互联网创业在推动经济增长上表现出非凡的潜力。然而在以异质性深刻影响新企业绩效的创业团队方面,当前中国互联网创业团队却呈现出总量大、成功率极低的特点,亟待研究关注。其成员主要为缺乏工作经验的在校或刚毕业大学生,故而教育背景的多样性基本决定了企业的资源与能力禀赋,是影响绩效表现的重要因素。与此同时,理论界对于创业团队异质性与企业绩效的研究并未取得一致的结论,由于团队成员的异质性也极易导致冲突的产生,通过有效的冲突管理控制冲突水平显示出其必要性。这些为本研究赋予了重要的意义与价值,结合当前理论研究十分有限且缺乏深入的现状,研究结果将起到指导创业团队结构优化,助益于具体的创业实践并丰富相关理论的作用。 本文以高阶理论、资源基础理论与冲突管理理论作为理论支撑,梳理相关研究文献构建出以创业团队教育背景异质性、冲突管理模式和新企业绩效为核心要素的研究模型,并提出6项基本假设。旨在通过研究回答以下两项问题:(1)中国互联网企业创业团队的教育背景异质性对新企业绩效的作用如何?教育背景异质性所包含的各项异质性因素又会产生怎样的影响?(2)合作式冲突管理模式对教育背景异质性与新企业绩效间的关系具有怎样的调节作用? 本文采用实证研究法检验提出的理论假设,对京津地区五家科技孵化器与创业中心中的企业进行了抽样调查,运用SPSS19.0软件采用多元层级回归法进行数据分析,获得的主要研究结论包括:(1)教育背景异质性所包含的教育专业与学校类型异质性对新企业绩效有积极影响,教育水平异质性没有影响;(2)合作式冲突管理对教育专业异质性与新企业绩效之间的关系有正向的调节作用。 最后,本文总结了在细化教育背景异质性研究、引入合作式冲突管理作为调节变量,以及丰富中国互联网创业企业特定情境研究等方面的创新性,并讨论了局限与未来的研究方向。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Along with the third wave of entrepreneurial boom with Internet as the leading role, Internet start-up shows its great potential in promoting economic growth. However, in the aspect of entrepreneurial teams whose heterogeneity deeply influences the performance of a new business, Internet start-ups` entrepreneurial teams present the characteristics of large amount but low success rate in China currently, which needs attention. Their members are mainly college students or just graduated lacking work experience, so the diversity of education background almost decides the enterprise's resources and capabilities endowment which affect the performance greatly. At the same time, scholars didn`t get a consistent conclusion about the relationship between heterogeneity of entrepreneurial team and business performance in their studies. Due to the heterogeneity of team members can easily lead to conflict, controlling the level of conflict through effective conflict management shows its necessity. All of these provide important meaning and value to this research. Combined with the status quo of lacking in-depth theoretical research currently, the results of this research will guide entrepreneurial teams` structure optimization, help with specific business practices and enrich related theories. Based on the theory of Upper Echelons Theory, Resource-Based View(RBV) and Conflict Management Theory, this paper combs relevant literatures and builds a research model with education heterogeneity of entrepreneurial team, conflict management mode and new ventures` performance as the core elements, and puts forward 6 basic assumptions. The research aims to answer the following two questions: (1) How education heterogeneity of the Internet companies` entrepreneurial teams in China influences new ventures` performance? How the heterogeneity factors included in education heterogeneity influence? (2) How cooperative conflict management modes adjust the relationship between education heterogeneity and new ventures` performance? We use empirical research to test the hypotheses proposed in this paper and investigate five science and technology incubators and venture centers in Beijing or Tianjin, then we use SPSS19.0 software to analyze data with the method of multiple hierarchical regression. The main research conclusions include: (1) the heterogeneity of major and school type included in education heterogeneity have positive effects on new ventures` performance, but the heterogeneity of degree doesn`t;(2) Cooperative conflict management has a positive role in regulating the relationship between education heterogeneity and new ventures` performance, but competitive and avoid conflict management don`t. Finally, this paper summarizes the innovations in elaborating the research for education heterogeneity, introducing cooperative conflict management as a moderator variable, and enriching the specific study about Internet start-ups in China. What`s more, the limitations and future directions are also discussed. | |
