中文摘要：	社区卫生服务机构的发展受多种因素的制约，如人才的匮乏、医疗技术参差不齐、诊疗设备相对落后、医务工作者积极性不高等，医患关系也是一个重要的因素。医患关系是医务人员与患者社会、心理方面的关系，是二者进行信息交流、交互作用的过程。良好的医患关系将直接影响患者的病情及康复。近年来，随着患者维权意识的不断增强，医患关系越来越紧张，医疗纠纷越演越烈，已经严重扰乱了医疗机构正常的医疗秩序，有的甚至造成了恶劣的社会影响，成为了我国各级医疗机构发展道路上的一个新难题，也给构建和谐社会带来了极其严重的负面影响。本文采用文献研究的方法对本研究涉及的核心词汇及国内外有关医患关系的理论研究做出整理。以问卷调查的方式对社区卫生服务机构中医患双方的基本信息及医患关系进行总结分析。以此来了解社区卫生服务机构中的医患双方基本信息，医患关系现状，医患双方对产生医患纠纷的原因及解决医患纠纷的途径的认知。分析社区卫生服务机构中在医患关系视角下存在哪些问题，探寻解决问题的途径，提出改善我国社区卫生服务机构中医患关系，促进社区卫生服务机构发展的对策及措施。
英文摘要：	The development of community health service institutions is restricted by many factors, such as the lack of talents, medical technology is uneven, medical equipment is relatively backward, medical workers' enthusiasm is not high, the doctor-patient relationship is also an important factor. The doctor-patient relationship is the communication between medical staff and patients, and the process of interaction. Throughout the daily health work of each link, the good doctor-patient relationship will directly affect the patient's illness and recovery. Awareness in recent years, as patients rights, an increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship, medical disputes escalating, has seriously disrupted the normal order of medical treatment of medical institutions, some even caused the bad social influence, become the development of medical institutions at all levels in China on the path to a new problem, and to build a harmonious society brings serious negative effects. This thesis adopts the method of literature research to this research involves the core vocabulary and theoretical research about the doctor-patient relationship at home and abroad to make arrangement. Of community health service institutions in the form of questionnaire survey in the basic information of both doctors and carries on the summary analysis of the doctor-patient relationship. In order to understand the basic information both doctors in community health service centers, the doctor-patient relationship status quo, both doctors on the causes of medical disputes, and the ways to solve medical disputes. Analysis of community health service institutions in what are the problems under the perspective of the doctor-patient relationship, explore the ways to solve the problem, proposed consummates our country community health service institutions in the doctor-patient relationship, countermeasures and measures to promote the development of community health service institutions.
