中文摘要:摘要 会展旅游是当前一种热门的旅游形式,因其巨大的经济效益和社会效益而被誉为“旅游皇冠上的宝石”。会展旅游的发展,为城市经济的发展注入了一股新的活力,有助于加快城市建设,带动相关产业的发展,提升城市整体形象,增强国际影响力。因而,国内外许多城市都将会展旅游作为其城市经济发展的重要组成部分。 当前,我国已经初步形成了以北京、上海、广州为核心城市的北、中、南三大会展旅游发展地带格局,其各大城市都根据自身所具有的发展会展旅游的特殊优势争先抢占新的市场,形成了城市间发展会展旅游的激烈的竞争态势。天津作为北部会展旅游发展带上的重点城市之一,若想在与其他城市竞争过程中突显出来,就必须认清发展会展旅游应具备怎样的竞争能力,并进行有针对性的培育以实现可持续的会展旅游竞争力。 本文以天津作为研究对象。首先在相关研究综述的基础之上,对会展旅游竞争力的概念进行界定,以为后面研究工作的开展奠定良好的理论基础;为进一步理解会展旅游竞争力必然要分析其构成要素及各要素间内在联系,在此本文运用了里奇和克劳奇创建的旅游目的地竞争力概念性模型和中国最佳商务会展旅游城市评估标准作为分析依据,并尝试性地构建了会展旅游竞争力概念性模型,为会展旅游评价指标体系的构建提供参照;而构建的会展旅游竞争力评价指标体系能够为对比天津同北京等国内九个城市会展旅游竞争力的优劣势提供一个衡量标准,最终通过对比分析找出天津与这些城市在发展会展旅游上的差距;最后,有针对性地提出培育天津会展旅游竞争力的战略思路。 本文的创新在于尝试性地以旅游目的地竞争力概念性模型和中国最佳商务会展旅游城市评估标准作为分析依据,构建会展旅游竞争力的概念性模型,并在此基础上确定会展旅游竞争力的评价指标体系。最后,将此指标体系应用到天津会展旅游竞争力的实践分析中,提出了培育天津会展旅游竞争力的建议。  
英文摘要:Abstract The MICE tourism, one of the prevalent tourism types, having great economic and social potentiality and favorable development prospects, is called “gem on the imperial crown”. The development of the MICE tourism, giving a new impetus to the city economy development, promotes the city construction, drives the growth of related industries, advances the city’s holistic image and enhances the international influence of the city. Thus, the MICE tourism has been playing a significant role in economy development of many cities at home and abroad. Nowadays, the development of the MICE tourism in our country has mainly formed the northern, central and southern zones, which respectively centered in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Almost all metropolitans in these three zones of MICE tourism have been making full use of their special advantages to occupy new markets, so as to form drastic competition between these cities. Tianjin, as one of the more important cities in the northern zone of MICE tourism, if wanting to distinguish itself from its competitors, must firstly well understand what competitiveness that the host city should possess, and then cultivate this competitiveness accordingly. It is of practical significance to do these works because only in this way can the host city own a sustainable competitiveness of MICE tourism. Taking Tianjin city as the study object, the writer firstly defines the conception of the competitiveness of MICE tourism on the basis of a literature review of the extant studies in this field. In order to understand the competitiveness of MICE tourism, we must know its different components and the relationships between these components. As to this, the writer then take the conceptual model of the tourism destination’s competitiveness established by Ritchie & Crouch and the evaluation standards of China’s best MICE tourism cities as the grounds of theoretical analysis and try to establish a conceptual model of the competitiveness of MICE tourism, which provides directional guide for the subsequent construction of a detailed evaluation index system. The evaluation index system is the certain measurement criteria that the writer uses to contrast the advantages and disadvantages of the competitiveness of MICE tourism between Tianjin and other nine cities like Beijing. Through this, the writer finds the distance between Tianjin and them, and lastly puts forward several corresponding strategies for the cultivation of the competitiveness of Tianjin’ MICE tourism. The innovation of this study lies in the establishment of the conceptual model of the competitiveness of MICE tourism and its corresponding detailed evaluation index system, which are based on the citation of the conceptual model of the tourism destination’s competitiveness and the evaluation standards of China’s best MICE tourism cities. Moreover, the evaluation index system is applied to analyzing the competitiveness of Tianjin’s MICE tourism. And last several corresponding strategies are put forward to cultivate the competitiveness of Tianjin’ MICE tourism.
