| 中文摘要： | 伴随着经济全球化的进程日益加快，科学技术取得了一定的进步，成为国家经济发展的重要基础，推动一国整体实力的大幅提升。创新尤其是技术创新，一直都在推动者整个时代的向前发展和加快社会的前进步伐。而风险资本作为新时代下一种新型的投资方式，对企业的重要意义主要体现在它能够促使创新成果逐步产业化，解决企业融资约束问题。所以，本文的研究目的在探索风险资本与企业技术创新之间的关系和规律，进一步研究国有性质的风险资本对于企业技术创新的影响。本文主要的研究对象是创业板企业，探索风险资本对企业技术创新的影响，并且进一步研究国有性质的风险资本如何影响企业的技术创新结果，通过实证分析，得出有效的结论，研究表明，我国风险资本对于企业技术创新有促进作用，但是国有性质的风险资本对于企业的研发投入没有产生积极影响，又进一步研究这一问题产生的原因。这一研究明确了风险资本与企业技术创新的关系，阐明了当前国有风险资本的存在价值和意义，剖析了国有风险资本对企业技术创新的作用机制，指出现阶段国有风险资本存在的问题，有利于国家制定相关政策，促进国有风险资本的发展，使得风险资本可以与技术创新企业更好的融合在一起，对于我国金融市场的完善、金融体系的改良、投融资环境的更新、经济金融领域的发展都产生了积极的影响。 | |
| 英文摘要： | With the rapid development of economic globalization, the science and technology has made great progress, become the foundation of national economic development and enhanced the overall strength of a country. Innovation, especially the technological innovation, is an inexhaustible force for the development of the society. Venture capital, as a new way of investment, is very important to the enterprise for the industrialization of innovation achievements and the solution of financing constraints. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the relationship between the venture capital and technological innovation of enterprises. What’s more, this paper will further analyze the effects of nature of state-owned venture capital on technological innovation of enterprises. This paper focused on the enterprises of GEM board and analyzed impact of venture capital on technological innovation. In addition, it further explored the effects of nature of state-owned venture capital on technological innovation of enterprises. The results indicated that venture capital can promote the technological innovation of enterprises, but state-owned venture capital didn’t have positive effects on the technological innovation of enterprises and tried to find the reason of this problem. This research helped the government to make useful policies to this problem. It also can help to reduce the financing cost and risk, improve the financing system.
