中文摘要：	我国目前的重大发展战略是构建创新型的国家，创新基石是高科技企业。这些高科技企业已经成为促进一国社会进步及经济发展的重要源泉和动力，也作为一项主要标准用以衡量一国综合国力和核心竞争力。企业在开展研发活动中承担了重要的责任，有力地推动了国家技术进步和经济增长。对高新技术研发不断进行资本投入和创造更多成功的R&D投资项目成果，于企业而言具有重大的意义。 对于企业来说，影响其创新投入的因素很多，如：企业规模、盈利能力、行业特征、治理状况等；对于高科技企业来说，具有较多、较高质量的知识产权是高科技企业区别于一般企业的一个重要特征。在我国进入创新驱动、转型升级的大背景下，国家对知识产权的保护也越发重视。但目前我国宏观层面的知识产权保护水平不高，企业进行研发活动造成的收益外溢效应是影响其创新投入的重要因素，企业难以获得进行研发活动而产生的全部收益，这就阻碍了高科技企业进行研发活动的积极性。那么在宏观层面的知识产权保护水平提高的情况下，高科技企业会不会增加创新投入？另外，在微观层面，当对管理者进行股权激励时，通过减少委托代理成本，管理者更加着眼于公司的长远利益，这又会对上述的影响路径产生怎样的影响？这些都是本文力求回答的问题。 基于上述问题，本文首先分析知识产权保护水平与企业创新投入的关系，其次分析管理者激励对于知识产权保护水平影响高科技企业创新投入路径的调节作用，按照高管持股比例进行分组，传导出在高管持股比例不同的情况下，知识产权保护水平与高科技企业创新投入的关系。通过实证检验，得到如下结论（1）知识产权保护水平的提高的确能够促使企业增加创新投入；（2）相对于高管持股比例低组，高管持股比例高组中，知识产权保护水平与企业创新投入之间的正相关关系更显著。 本论文将宏观层面知识产权保护因素和微观层面管理者激励引入公司创新投入问题的研究，丰富了该领域的内容。为加快我国高新技术产业的发展，为政府加强知识产权保护、企业层面完善公司治理提供理论与决策依据。
英文摘要：	The significant strategy in China now is to build an innovative country, and the innovation foundation is high-tech enterprises. These high-tech enterprises have become important source and power to promote the development of a country's progress, also as a main criterion to measure a country's comprehensive national strength and core competitiveness. Enterprises which undertake the main task of the R&D activities are the main driver to promote national technological and economic progress. To put capital investment into high- tech enterprises and create more successful R&D projects, are of great significance to the enterprise. A number of factors influence the innovation investment of companies, such as: enterprise size, profitability, industry characteristics, management status, etc.; for high-tech enterprises, more and higher quality of intellectual property rights as an important characteristic, which are of difference from general enterprises. When our country is pushing the innovation , transformation and upgrading , the state of intellectual property rights protection is also paid more attention.But the benefits spillover effect of R&D activities is the factor that affects enterprise innovation input.At present, the macro level of intellectual property protection is not high, so the enterprise is hard to get all the profit of R&D activities. It hinders the enthusiasm of high-tech enterprise to research. Then with the enhancement of the intellectual property protection, can high-tech enterprise increase innovation investment? In addition, in the micro level, the managers are more focus on long-term interests of the company when they are given the equity incentive to reduce principal-agent cost, how it will influence enterprise's innovation investment? These are the questions of this article tries to answer. Based on the above questions, this paper analyzes the relationship between the intellectual property rights protection level and innovation input, secondly on this basis, it explores the different cases of intellectual property protection level and innovation investment when managers hold different shareholdings. Last I get the following conclusions through empirical test: (1) the improvement of intellectual property protection can indeed increase innovation investment; (2) compared to low executives shareholding group, the positive correlation between intellectual property rights protection level and innovation inputs in high group are more prominent. This paper brings the macro level of intellectual property rights protection and micro level of manager incentives into innovation, and enriches this field. In order to speed up the development of high-tech industry in our country, this offers decision-making basis for the government to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights, and for enterprises to perfect the corporate governance.
