中文摘要：	网络不良信息泛滥，给我们的生活工作造成了严重的损害。如何有效治理网络不良信息，一直以来都困扰着各国政府。对于如何治理网络不良信息，虽然以往学者已经从立法、技术、社会管理等角度给出了方向性的建议，但是由于缺乏细致的研究，很难提供可操作性的指导。本文拟通过研究网络监督志愿者的不良信息举报行为及其影响因素，探索如何有效发挥网络监督志愿者的力量来治理网络不良信息。期望研究结论能够更好地帮助企业、政府发挥群众的力量有效地治理网络不良信息。 研究以58同城反欺诈联盟志愿者作为研究案例，借鉴以往的信息行为研究，描述志愿者的信息举报行为，同时结合以往的志愿者行为理论，通过访谈以及内容分析的方法提取网络监督志愿者的举报动机，以及持续举报的影响因素，初步构建志愿者持续举报行为的影响因素模型。然后通过问卷调查的方式收集数据，利用因素分析，提取相关因素，并探讨不同用户群体之间的差异，最后通过相关分析法分析影响志愿者持续举报的因素。具体来说，本研究目的有三个：（1）研究用户加入网络监督志愿者的动机；（2）研究网络监督志愿者的信息举报行为特征；（3）研究影响网络监督志愿者持续举报行为的因素。 本研究主要做了如下工作：对以往文献进行了回顾，从中归纳了志愿者的举报动机，以及可能的影响因素；通过分析志愿者信息举报的网络日志，了解用户的举报行为；通过对举报原因和访谈内容进行分析，进一步了解用户举报的动机、判断不良信息的原因以及依据，初步形成了影响志愿者持续举报行为的影响因素模型；在访谈和文献回顾的基础上设计问卷，进行预调查，并修改问卷；正式发放问卷，共回收245份有效问卷；运用SPSS 20.0对数据进行统计分析；通过因素分析，有效提取网络监督志愿者举报不良虚假信息的动机；通过方差分析，分析不同志愿者之间的动机差异；通过对志愿者持续举报行为的影响因素进行相关分析，总结影响志愿者持续举报行为的因素。研究通过多维度的数据分析，了解不同群体的持续举报行为，以期为有效运营网络监督志愿者提供科学的建议。图22幅，表50幅，参考文献108篇。
英文摘要：	Bad information is flooding the network.It has affected the quality of our lives and our work. The previous studies have given a lot of suggestions on how to manage bad information from the angle of law，technology and social management，but we can’t apply the suggestions into practice.We study the behavior of network supervising volunteers reporting bad information and its influencing factors，expecting to be able to better help Enterprises and Governments to play the strength of the masses to manage the bad information of network. Based on the Information behavior theory and Volunteer behavior theory， Through interviewing and content analyzing，the study has extracted the motivation of network supervising volunteers reporting bad information and built the model to explain what affecting volunteers continuing to report bad information，using volunteers from 58 Anti-Fraudery Association as a case.Specifically，there are three objects of this study.(1)To study the users’ motivations reporting the bad information.(2)To study the behavior characteristics of network supervising volunteers. (3)To study what’s the factor influenceing network supervising volunteers to continue to report bad information. I have done a lot to achieve the objects of this study. First，I summarized the motivations of volunteers and the influencing factors of their behaviors from previous researches.Then I studied the behavior of the volunteers to know how they finding bad information by analyzing network logs.Next，I interviewed the volunteers to know their motivations reporting bad information，and how they judge the bad information.After that，I completed questionnaires and got 245 pieces of valid sample data. After factor analys is difference analysis and correlation analysis using SPSS，I got the motivations of volunteers reporting bad information and the factors influencing their following reporting acts.Based on the research conclusions.
