中文摘要：	互联网时代的到来，带动了E-science的发展，伴随着产生了数以量级的科研数据。科研数据是指：科研人员在科学研究过程中产生的一切形式的数据，既包括原始数据、过程数据也包括成果数据，既包括纸质形式的数据也包括数字化形式的数据。科研数据是科学研究的基础，数据既是项目研究成果的组成部分，又是科技创新的重要基础，如果不对数据进行管理，不仅不能充分发挥其在共享和流通中的使用价值，也会使一些研究结果无法进行检查和验证，从而削弱科研投入的效益。科研数据管护是为确保科研数据当前的使用，并能用于未来再发现及再利用，从科研数据产生开始就对其进行管理和完善的活动。 高校作为国家科研基地的重要组成部分，是科研数据的重要产生地，因此高校科研数据的管护情况就关系着我国科研数据管护的水平，甚至可以说它决定着我国科研数据管护的水平。虽然国家每年为高校科研项目的投入很大，高校得以产生越来越多的科研数据，但是高校科研数据管护的效果却不尽如人意，一些课题组的科研数据管理各行其是，没有统一的标准规范。高校作为国家的教育科研基地，它的科研数据管护情况及水平尤为值得关注。本文从我国综合性大学入手，以南开大学为例，利用访谈的研究方法，对南开大学的科研人员、图书馆、档案馆和科学技术处进行调查，对南开大学的科研数据管护情况进行研究。 本研究内容主要包括：一是对国内外大量文献研究的基础上，结合南开大学的特点，在焦点小组讨论的基础上，制定一个适合、科学的访谈提纲；二是进行研究设计，具体包括访谈部门的确定、访谈对象的选择、数据收集的方法；三是收集数据并分析访谈数据结果，按照数据管护生命周期模型的不同阶段及数据管护的不同主体进行分析，发现南开大学科研数据管护现状及问题，之后在结合现状及问题的基础上提出改进高校科研数据管护的对策，从而为推进南开大学科研数据管护乃至我国综合性大学科研数据管护的水平做出学术上的贡献。
英文摘要：	The advent of the Internet era,leads to the development of E-science, accompanied by a large amount of scientific data.Scientific data refers to：Researchers generate all forms of data in the process of scientific research, including both the original data/ process data and the results of data, both paper-based data and digital data.Scientific data is the foundation of scientific research.Data is not only a part of the research results of the project,but is the important foundation of scientific and technological innovation too.If not data curation,neither giving full play to its use value in sharing and circulation,nor some research results can be checked and verified, which will undermine the benefits of investment in scientific research.Data curation is an activity ensuring the scientific data for the current use and future discovery and reuse, managing and improving data from its generation. As an important component of the national scientific research base, colleges is an important place of production scientific data, so data curation in universities is related with the level of data curation in the country,we can even say that it determines the data curation level of our country.Although our country invest much money to?scientific research projects in universities each year, universities produce more and more scientific data, the result of data curation here is not satisfactory,some research groups’ data management act as one pleases,having no unified standard there.Data curation in universities should make people sit up and take notice particularly.The paper starts from Chinese comprehensive university,taking Nankai University as an example,Using interview research method,investigating the Nankai University’s researchers, libraries,archives and the Department of science and technology, study the data curation in Nankai University. The study mainly contains:Firstly,based the study on domestic and foreign literatures,combinimg with the characteristic of Nankai University,through focus group discussion,I formulate a suitable and scientific interview outline;The second part is the research design, including determining the interview department, selecting the object of the interview,data collection methods;The following part is collecting data and analysing data,the analysis is according to different stages of the data curation lifecycle model and different related subjects,and then discover data curartion situation and problems of Nankai University;Finally,combined with the current situation and problems of data curation, I put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to make some academic contribution to promoting Nankai University’s as well as Chinese comprehensive university’ data curation level.
