| 中文摘要: | 摘 要中国服装制造行业近20年的发展历程,先后伴随着市场培育和壮大、专业化品牌化发展、资本运作和经营,最终随着市场竞争压力的不断提升,竞争层级逐步由市场层面向企业内部运营层面的转化,现已进入资源经营的阶段,管理方式的不断改进成为了服装制造企业利润的新增长点。面对激烈的市场竞争环境,服装企业的卖方议价能力不断地削弱,市场竞争趋于垄断竞争结构,我国服装企业如何通过有效寻找和构建内部新的利润增长点,对于服装企业来讲至关重要。物流系统对于服装企业内部成本控制和运营具有关键的枢纽作用,因此面向服装行业由市场竞争向企业内部成本竞争全面升级的背景下,物流管理能力的有效提升无疑将会成为未来服装制造企业关键的利润来源之一和竞争基础之一。北京鄂尔多斯羊绒有限公司是鄂尔多斯集团下属专门从事物流运营的企业,承载着华北地区物流枢纽的重要战略地位。北京鄂尔多斯羊绒有限公司物流管理的规划及管理水平并不能满足集团的快速发展,进而形成了诸多的瓶颈,同时这一问题也是现阶段以及未来服饰行业发展主要的制约因素之一。因此, 北京鄂尔多斯羊绒有限公司迫切需要建立完善的物流系统。本文根据北京鄂尔多斯羊绒有限公司物流的特点及存在的问题,通过系统的理论和实践论证,找到有效提升北京鄂尔多斯羊绒有限公司物流管理水平的有效途径,从而找到解决行业普遍存在问题的解决办法。本文首先对物流管理相关概念和理论进行了系统梳理,为整个文章提供了理论基础,通过对北京鄂尔多斯羊绒有限公司物流管理问题的分析和探讨,发现北京鄂尔多斯羊绒有限公司物流管理方面主要存在缺乏统一的集中管理体系、人员素质不高、资源利用率较低、专业化程度无法支持公司成长以及租用场地不利与可持续发展的主要问题,在此基础上进一步有针对性的从物流体系总体规划、物流管理结构、物流管理流程方面提出和设计了北京鄂尔多斯羊绒有限公司物流管理水平提升方案,并从组织结构、人才队伍、数据库建设三方面构建了有效的保障机制,切实可行的为北京鄂尔多斯羊绒有限公司物流管理水平提升提供了一整套可供操作的方案和措施,从而支持北京鄂尔多斯羊绒有限公司未来发展。 关键词:物流管理;物流规划;服装行业;北京鄂尔多斯 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract In the last 20 years, Chinese clothing industry has experienced market cultivation and development phase, professional brand development phase, capital operation and management phase. Finally, internal operation becomes the focus of competition instead of market competition. In the face of fierce competition environment, how to effectively search and build our country clothing enterprises’ internal new profit growth point is very important. Beijing Erdos Cashmere co., LTD. is one of the Erdos Group subordinate enterprises, which is specializing in logistics operation and bearing the weight of the important strategic position in north China. However as labor costs and the customer service demand increased, Beijing Erdos logistics management can't meet the rapid development of the group, which has formed many bottlenecks and is also one of the main restricting factors for clothing industry. It is an urgent need to establish perfect logistics system, effective planning apparel logistics system. This paper analyzes the problems of Beijing Erdos logistics management and designs an effective way to promote Beijing Erdos logistics management level. This paper first summarized the logistics management related concepts and theories system, which provided a theoretical basis for the whole article. Through analysis and discussion of the Beijing logistics management problem, this paper found that Beijing Erdos logistics management problems are mainly concentrated on the lack of unified centralized management system, unprofessional personnel and low resource utilization, which are unable to support the company growth. In the face of the existing main problems, this paper designed solutions to enhance the level of logistics management. The paper also built the effective guarantee mechanism to support solutions of enhancing logistics management through organizational structure, personnel and database construction.
