中文摘要：	当今时期，国际经济形势复杂多变，国家经济发展也进入转型期，经济增长势头放缓、产能过剩、出口受阻、内需乏力。国内企业正面临着越来越大的生存和发展压力。ZB公司做为一家稀土永磁产品生产企业，行业本身也存在诸多问题，行业高端产品应用专利技术牢牢掌握在美国、日本等发达国家手中，其通过专利技术，形成贸易壁垒；在行业中、低端产品应用上，行业企业恶性竟争、互相压价，企业的赢利空间被不断挤压。ZB公司如何在严峻的经济和行业背景下，实现生存和发展，是摆在企业面前必须去认真面对的事情。开展公司产品质量研究对外可通过把握客户产品质量核心需求、提供适销对路的产品，而赢得客户；对内可通过提高产品质量水平、降低企业产品质量成本，而提高企业经营绩效。因而，可以说，开展公司产品质量研究是建构企业竟争优势、提高企业核心竟争力的有效手段。本文采用实证分析和历史分析相结合的方法，对ZB公司产品控制的现状与问题进行分析，提出ZB公司在产品质量控制方面存在的对顾客产品质量需求的把握问题、产品质量的设计问题、产品质量的流程控制问题、质量统计技术与方法的选择与运用问题等四方面亟待解决的核心问题；继而，以产品质量控制的应用理论为基础，结合ZB公司实际，对ZB公司产品质量控制中存在的这四方面突出问题设计针对性改进策略；最后，围绕产品质量改进策略实施需求，从ZB公司实际出发，对ZB公司产品改进策略实施的步骤与保障方面提出可操作性建议。本文层层递近、理论联系实际，将众多先进的质量控制技术和方法应用于解决具体问题的方案设计中。对系统解决生产企业的产品质量控制问题具有一定的参考价值。
英文摘要：	In the current Situation of a complex and volatile international economic, the development of the national economy has entered the transition period with slow economic growth，over –capacity，hobbling exports，lack of domestic demand. Domestic enterprises are confronted with more pressure of survival and development. ZB as a production enterprise of tombarthite permanent-magnet, many problems exist in the industry itself. High-end products industry application of patent technology is firmly grasped by United States, Japan and other developed countries ,which is forming the trade barrier, through the patent technology. In the industry and application of low-end products, because of the malignant competition and lower prices between the enterprises ,the profits for them are squeezing. How to achieve the survival and development under the severe economic and industry background is the most serious matter for ZB company to deal with. The research of enterprise’s product quality can be carried out from two aspects: from outside, enterprise can grasp the customer’s core requirements for product quality and provide marketable products so as to win customers; from inside, enterprise can improve the level of product quality and reduce the cost of enterprise’s product quality so as to improve enterprise’s business performance. Therefore, it is believed that carrying out the research of enterprise’s product quality is an effective means to build enterprise competitive advantage and improve the core competitiveness of enterprise. Through combining the method of empirical analysis and historical analysis, this thesis analyzes the outstanding problems of production quality control in ZB Enterprise and presents four urgent core problems in the handling of customer’s requirement for enterprise’s product quality, design and process control of product quality, selection and application of statistical quality techniques and methods, etc. afterwards, based on the applied theory of product quality control and combined with the actual conditions of ZB Enterprise, this thesis designs a targeted improvement strategy for the above four outstanding problems. Finally, centered on the implementation requirement of the improvement strategy, starting from the actual conditions of ZB Enterprise, this thesis presents a practical proposal for the implementation procedures and security of the improvement strategy. This thesis analyzes deep by deep and combines the theory with practice. By applying numerous advanced quality control technology and means to the solution of specific project design ，it has reference value for solving the enterprise’s production quality control problems.
