中文摘要:20世纪90年代以来,随着新经济浪潮的掀起,经济全球化的快速发展,新技术的广泛应用,以及日趋激烈的竞争市场和企业经营环境。为了企业自身的生存和发展,业务转型已经被越来越多的企业认为是解决这一困境的必由之路,其目的是希望通过对企业业务进行变革,促进企业的业务转型,从而能够与不断变化的环境保持一致。本文分五个部分来探讨CS公司的业务转型:绪论部分,阐述了选题的背景与研究意义,并由此提出了本文的研究内容和方法;第二部分主要讲述了企业转型的相关文献及国际化整合、本土化理论的回顾。首先是业务转型的概念及分类、可选途径和影响业务转型途径选择的主要因素,进而对企业的业务转型所涉及的国际化、本土化、整合理论进行了综述;第三部分是论文的基础部分,介绍了CS公司自成立起的发展历程,将CS公司的成长历程分为三个阶段进行了说明,分别是业务模式探索阶段、多元化发展阶段、业务拓展阶段。接着对CS公司进行剖析,归纳总结出公司现有的问题,并分析CS公司同行业者的问题,以探寻CS公司进行业务转型具有普遍意义。第四部分对CS公司在进行业务转型方面的具体实施进行分析,分别研究了:1)CS公司在产品上进行国际化转型,即由原有的代理转变为进行多种软硬件整合的公司;2)CS公司的产品本土化转型,即利用现有技术,结合客户实际需求,为客户设计生产满足使用要求的产品;3)CS公司的新市场开发,即在实现了产品本土化生产之后,利用现有新产品开辟新的市场领域。第五部分是为了确保CS公司进行的业务转型能够成功进行,而所需要实现的相关配套,分别从企业文化及管理配套、风险与战略成本控制、变革管理配套三大方面进行了阐述。最后是结论与展望,对本文的工作进行了总结,指出本文的不足之处,并提出了指正意见与建议。 
英文摘要:Ever since 1990s, with new economy booming, globalization accelerating and the wide spread of new technology, competitions between companies and enterprises become more and more fierce, so that the operation environment is harder and harder. In order to survive and develop themselves, enterprises transformation is widely considered as the fundamental way to make breakthroughs in hard environments. By transforming itself through core business restructuring, enterprises are able to keep up with changing environments. By combining qualitative and quantitative analyses, normative and positive research, mathematical model analyses and case study. This paper gives comparatively analyses on the topic of business transformation. It discusses how to make the business extension of relative diversification come true. This paper discusses CS business transformation in five main parts: Introduction part, explaining thesis background and objective as well as research target and methodology; the second part is literature review, overviewing business transformation and performance, and the full text of theoretical analysis, such as the transformation of business, relative diversification, vertical integration and the business extension; the third part is the main part, introducing the story of CS from its inception until today in three phases—business model exploring, developing phase of diversified growth and business expansion phase. Following the overview, this paper analysis problems facing the company and match those problems with the whole industry to prove that CS’s business transformation has an industry universal base. A key issue in fierce competition of homogeneous products for an enterprise is how to improve competitive advantage. Extending its business scope to provide a particular customer with personalized products and services is an effective way for an enterprise to gain differentiation. This paper defines the concept of business extension of relative diversification, describes manifestations of business extension in differentiation, and builds a consumer surplus model. The fourth part studies how to implement the transformation in four aspects: 1) Build up international capability by transform CS from an agent into a softeware/hardware integration company;2) Focusing local market needs by designing customized products based on understanding clients needs and existing technologies, 3) Plowing new market after footing in the local market and producing locally, the company uses the new product to expand new markets. The fifth part discusses corresponding measurements should be taken to guarantee a successful business transformation in three respects—marketing, enterprise culture and human resources management, risk and cost control. The paper ends with a conclusion, the fifth part, consisting of research conclusion and outlook in the future; this part also points out limits of this thesis, and provides suggestions for improvement.
