| 中文摘要: | 精益生产方式是人类现代工业历史一次革命性的重要里程碑,在市场竞争日趋激烈、能源危机日益凸现、环境问题日益恶化的今天,特别是当前对提高莱钢的生产管理效率具有现实意义。精益思想的核心理念就是杜绝浪费,优化流程,提高品质,打造精益生产模式。它是一种围绕客户满意,持续改善,尊重人性的一种长远的思维模式。 本文是基于精益生产和项目管理理论结合莱钢具体情况,系统研究采用项目管理方法在莱钢导入精益生产模式的有关问题,主要研究内容是精益生产在莱钢生产管理中的应用,通过对精益生产导入实施项目进行管理模式的探索研究,采用项目管理理论分析在精益生产模式导入和实施项目推进过程中,如何实现时间、成本、人力资源等方面的高效管理,目标是为莱钢成功导入精益生产模式奠定基础,理清思路和实施方法。本文中主要从节约资源,提高生产流程运行效率出发,对莱钢的生产现状,从各个相关工序进行了一些改进措施的探讨,期望能够为在莱钢生产管理中更好地节约资源、消除浪费做出一定的贡献。 本文使用项目管理方法将精益生产系统理论及其在莱钢导入推进实践相结合,研究了在导入推进精益生产模式的时间管理、成本管理、人力资源管理,对提高精益生产模式导入工作的效率和规范管理具有一定的参考价值,设计出企业推行精益生产系统的一般过程和比较关键的步骤,同时也兼顾探讨了莱钢生产系统推行精益生产模式的必要性和面临的问题,对提高莱钢精益生产模式导入工作的效率和规范管理具有一定的参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Lean production method is a revolutionary milestone in the modern industrial history of mankind. With today’s increasingly tough market competition, growing energy crisis and the worsening environmental problems, have especially practical significance on improving the management efficiency of Laiwu Steel production. the core idea of Lean thinking is to eliminate waste and optimize the process, improve quality and build lean production model. It is a long-term mode of thinking focus on customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, respect for humanity. This thesis is based on lean production and project management theory under Laiwu Steel’s specific circumstances, the system using project management methods in Laiwu Steel and Import lean production model. the main content of research is the lean production in Laiwu Steel’s production management. Through the exploration and research on the project management mode of lean production implementation, the project management theory was used in the analysis of lean production model import and implementation of projects promoting the process. How to achieve the efficient management of time, cost, human resources and other aspects, lay the foundation for clarifying the ideas and methods that Laiwu Steel import the lean production patterns successfully. This article is from the increased efficiency of production management, talk about the production status of Laiwu Steel, and from all processes related to a number of management methods to discuss about the measures for improvement, look forward to better save resources and eliminate waste in Laiwu Steel for the production and management. This thesis is characterized by the use of project management methods practice in Laiwu Steel Import promote integration, In a study into promoting the lean production model of time management, cost management, human resources management. It has some reference value to improve the efficiency of import and standardize the management of some reference value. Design a business system implementation of lean production process and the general comparison of the key steps. At the same time it also discussed the implementation of lean production systems and the the problems facing, has some reference value to improve the efficiency model import and standardize the management. | |
