中文摘要：	随着中国的改革开放和加入WTO，以及国内工程市场竞争程度的日益加剧，国内越来越多的顶尖工程公司逐步走出国门，在国际工程总承包（Engineering Procurement Construction，EPC）领域打拼出一片天地，分得了一杯羹，特别是在以生产装置为主体的工程建设领域，如石油化工、钢铁、水泥、高铁等，中国式国际EPC总承包商正在国际工程市场舞台上扮演着越来越重要的角色。近几年，随着工程市场的日益成熟，国内工程市场的竞争日趋白热化，随着国内外过高端业主对工程项目需求的多样性及信息技术的飞速发展，国际EPC总承包项目正在经历着一次深刻的技术变革。数字化工厂作为一种工程项目新型的数字化信息资产管理解决方案，涵盖设计、采购、施工、试车、开车、运营、维护各个环节，可以真正实现工程信息全生命周期的可持续性、可操作性管理正被越来越多的高端国内外业主所接受。 本论文首先介绍论文研究背景，分析本论文研究的目的及实践意义。其次对论文的基础理论及论文思路作了基本介绍。随后以中国天辰工程有限公司数字化工厂在土耳其卡赞天然碱项目的质量管理应用案例分析，印证基于数字化工厂理念的国际工程总承包项目在项目质量管理方面的有效性。最后给出结论和进一步研究的建议。指出本文研究的不足之处，并提出进一步研究的内容与方向。 本篇论文的创新性主要体现在建立了数字化工厂理念与国际工程总承包项目质量管理之间的融合，指出了基于数字化工厂理念的国际工程总承包项目在项目质量管理过程中应该关注的关键环节和主线，进而为数字化工厂的建立及国际工程总承包项目质量管理提供一些可供参考的意见或建议。
英文摘要：	As China's reforming, opening and joining the WTO, as well as the domestic construction market competition becomes more and more intensifying, some leading engineering companies begin to attend international EPC project market, especially in the field of engineering construction of the main equipment for production, such as petrochemical, steel, cement, high-speed rail, etc., Chinese international EPC company is playing more and more important role in this market. In recentlys, as the engineering market is becoming more and more mature, the domestic construction market competition narrowed, the demand for engineering projects at home and abroad as a high-end owner of diversity and the rapid development of information technology, the international EPC general contracting project is undergoing a profound technological change. Digital plant as a new type of digital information asset management solution project, covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, operation and maintenance, can truly realize the sustainability of the whole life cycle of engineering information, operational management is accepted by more and more high class domestic and foreign owners. This article first describes the research background, the articale analysis the purpose of this thesis research and practical significance. Secondly the article introduced the basic theory and the basis of the thesis thought. Then to China tianchen engineering co., LTD., digital plant in Turkey Kazan Soda project quality management and application of case analysis, confirm based on the concept of digital plant international engineering general contracting project in the effectiveness of project quality management. Finally the conclusions and suggestions for further research. Pointed out in this article, we study the deficiency, and put forward the content and direction of further research. Innovation of this article is mainly in the concept of digital plant was established with the international engineering general contracting project quality management, the integration between the pointed out based on the concept of digital plant international engineering general contracting project in the process of project quality management should focus on the key links and the main line, and then to the establishment of the digital plant and international engineering general contracting project quality management to provide some reference opinions or suggestions.
