中文摘要：	随着计算机技术的的不断发展，软件系统也从原来逻辑结构简单、技术单一逐渐发展成跨多行业、需求庞杂、多技术融合的复杂系统。而进入21世纪以来，互联网行业和移动互联网行业得到了迅速发展。成为如同水、电、气一样的基础设施服务，互联网和移动互联网各自软件、应用更是成为用户必不可少的一种服务。在快速发展变化的互联网和移动互联网行业，如何继续快速响应行业中不断的需求变化，快速交付符合用户预期的软件产品，已经成为软件开发项目是否成功甚至是公司能否生存发展的关键因素。这就对现时的软件开发方式提出了更高的要求，这时有一类软件开发思想，基于共同的价值观，快速、轻量级的软件开发方法论?--“敏捷项目管理方法”应运而生。敏捷项目管理方法，是一种应对现今互联网行业和移动互联网行业快速变化的市场需求和用户需求的软件项目管理和开发能力。敏捷项目管理方法强调项目开发团队与产品负责人之间的紧密协作、自组织和自管理的团队、简单有效的面对面沟通、快速迭代、也更为强调和重视项目中团队成员的作用。在笔者所处的电子地图领域，由于行业竞争的加剧，而客户的需求又随时在变化，用户对电子地图地理信息现势性要求的提升，更是迫切需要敏捷高效的软件开发方法。笔者通过本文对高德软件公司Amap项目敏捷项目管理方法的研究和实践，提出了一些行之有效的经验总结，建议和知识分享，希望能对读者有所帮助。
英文摘要：	With the continuous development of Computer Technology, The structure of The Software System developed from simple-logical and single-technology system to a much complex system which are cross-industry,multi-technology gradually. The Internet Industry and the Mobile Internet Industry has been developing rapidly since 21st century.Software application and apps become essential for people just as the infrastructure services like water electricity and gas etc. So How to response quickly to the changing requirement,how to delivery consumer-satisfied product quickly in the evolving Internet and mobile Internet industry has become a key factor,it decide weather a project can be successful, weather a company can be developed.Then there need a more effective method in software development process. Then Agile Project Management Methodology,a fast and lightweight software development theory was born which based on common value. Agile Project Management is the ability to management and development,which can response to the changing of user requirement and market requirement in Internet and Mobile Internet Industry.In agile project,the collaboration of Rd team and PM team,self-organized and self-managed team,face-to-face communication,rapid iteration are emphasized.The power of team members are much treasured in agile. In electronic map field I work ,it's urgent to improve efficiency by using agile software development methods,because of intensifying competition,changing requirement,increasing currency.The article share some effective practice and recommendations from experience of Autonavi Amap agile project, hoping help to the reader.
