| 中文摘要: | 配送中心的选址策略属于企业长期的、战略性决策问题,而且商业物流系统的效率也直接会受到配送中心地点确定的好坏的影响。国外对配送中心选址策略的研究已经有80多年的历史,国内在该领域的研究起步较晚,只有不到30年的历史,但也有不少学者对其进行了更深一步的探究,一些伟大的成就也都是在理论和实践中获得。 D公司是一家全球性跨国集团公司,总部于1933年成立于丹麦。D公司业务已遍及一百多个国家,涉及制冷空调控制、商用压缩机、供热解决方案、区域能源以及电子电力五大板块。D公司的许多产品在市场上占主导地位,2011年全球营业额达到63亿美元。 本文主要通过新配送中心选址与实施策略的研究来给公司创造更大的经济效益,同时提高D公司的市场满意度。首先,本文回顾了配送中心和配送中心选址的相关理论。其次,阐述了现有配送中心的现状及未来发展的一些局限性,从而提出了选择新的配送中心的决策即动因分析。再次,详细论述了配送中心选址的原则和步骤及哪些因素会影响选址决策。最后,介绍了新配送中心的实施策略,包含了新配送中心实施的步骤和流程、成本费用分析及信息平台的介绍三部分内容。 本文研究的目的是通过新配送中心的成功选址与实施策略来给公司创造多方面的积极效益。一方面可以提高公司的送货服务水平,另一方面可以减少供应链的复杂性,而且最重要的是可以为D公司节约大量的成本从而更大程度上提高公司的市场竞争力。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Site selection problem of distribution center belongs to the long-term, strategic decision problems of enterprise and the stand or fall of it affects the efficiency of enterprise logistics system directly. It has been more than 80 years history since foreign research on this problem while it started relatively late in this respect and less than 30 years of history for domestic research on it. However, there are also a lot of scholars who do the deeper research and have made great achievements either in theory or in practice. D is a company founded in 1933, the global multinational company headquartering in Denmark. The business of D company has reached more than one hundred countries, involves five major parts including refrigeration and air conditioning controlling, commercial compressor, heating solutions, district energy and power electronic. Many products of D company play a dominant role on the market and global turnover of D company reached $6.3 billion in 2011. This paper is mainly to generate greater economic benefits for the company through the study of the new distribution center location and implementation strategy and improve the market satisfaction of D company at the same time. First of all, this paper reviews the relevant theories of distribution center and distribution center site selection. Secondly, this paper expounds the current situation of existing distribution center and some limitations of future development of it, accordingly propose decision of choosing new distribution center that is driver analysis. Again, the paper elaborated the principle and process of distribution center site selection in detail and the main factors influencing the site selection and evaluation method. Finally, introducing implementation strategy of the new distribution center including procedures and process of implementation for the new distribution center, cost analysis and information platform instruction. The purpose of this study is to generate many positive benefits for the company through choosing site location successfully of new distribution center. On the one hand, it can improve the level of company's delivery service; on the other hand, it can reduce the complexity of supply chain, and the most important thing is that it can save a lot of cost for D company to a greater extent, consequently improve the market competitiveness of the company. | |
