中文摘要:在构建企业文化的关键步骤中,企业文化诊断极为重要,是建设企业文化的一个关键步骤、重要环节,不通过合理的企业文化诊断与评估的方法,便无法了解到企业文化的真实情况、难以把握企业文化建设的路径与方法。本论文着眼于企业文化的诊断方法研究,运用企业文化诊断的理论与工具,结合企业文化诊断的一般步骤,通过定性和定量的研究方法,为A市地铁集团的企业文化现状进行评估,调研企业高层管理人员与基层员工的价值观差异点,判断企业文化建设目标与现状之间的差距,从而完成对企业文化的定位,并用多种理论模型工具对企业文化的指标加以量化,提供一套合理的企业文化理念建议,联通企业内部文化与外部形象,引导员工接受A市地铁集团所倡导的文化。进而,以A市地铁集团为实证研究,分析A市地铁集团文化调研结果,从标杆、访谈、调研问卷及其他调研方法的角度分析企业文化诊断的关键发现及突破点,并提出对策。 企业文化的诊断就好像在给企业把脉,“望”——观企业外部环境要求,“闻”——听企业内部的传统与故事,“问”——询问企业各阶层的期望,“切”——了解企业文明所要解决的关键问题。优秀的企业文化就是“对症下药”,要能够传承优秀传统、明确企业使命、远景,满足管理者期望、得到员工认同、解决企业中的文化冲突,通过实际问题找到突破点,企业文化的诊断工作就奏效了。 本论文结构分为六章。第一章绪论部分,对研究背景与研究目的进行阐述,简明介绍本文结构与研究方法。第二章为文献综述部分,回顾企业文化的发展历程及经典理论,以及对企业文化诊断方法的理论方法进行阐述,介绍本文将使用的理论工具,以及企业文化诊断的一般步骤。第三章,将介绍本文的研究样本,即A市地铁集团的发展历程,并主要阐明A市地铁集团进行企业文化诊断的动机。第四章,介绍在A市地铁内部运用一套企业文化诊断研究方法,细化企业文化诊断的评估指标,包括访谈提纲设计思路,以及调查问卷的设计思路,并在第五章对A市地铁集团进行企业文化诊断的实证研究,详细描述A市地铁集团的企业文化现状,得出A市地铁集团的企业文化现状关键发现及突破点,并将针对A市地铁集团的研究结果,提出企业文化提升建议。在第六章,总结本套研究方法的不足,展望未来应进一步发展的方向。

The enterprise culture construction work has been done in like a raging fire, such as Alibaba, Lenovo, the world well-known enterprises such as Haier in summary, and when they introduces their successful experience, an important role will mentioned that is the valuable enterprise culture plays in the enterprise growth process The key step in the construction of corporate culture, corporate culture diagnosis is very important. Corporate culture diagnosis is an important link in the construction of enterprise culture, no diagnostic evaluation of good, can't really understand the status of corporate culture, accurately grasp the construction of enterprise culture context. This paper focuses on the diagnostic method of enterprise culture and its research, through the theory and tools of corporate culture diagnosis, and the general steps of enterprise culture diagnosis, through qualitative and quantitative research methods for the A City’s Metro Group carries on the present situation of corporate culture diagnosis, culture status relatively accurate assessment of A City’s Metro Group, grasp the mainstream value each class of enterprise concept, evaluation of enterprise culture construction goal and between the current corporate culture status gap, thereby accurately positioning of enterprise culture, enterprise culture index using a variety of tools to quantify the theoretical model, providing a reasonable idea of enterprise culture suggestions, Unicom internal culture and external image, guide the staff to reason view and accept the enterprise culture promoted by the. Then, with the empirical study on A City Metro Group, analysis of A City, Metro group culture survey results, benchmarking, from interviews, questionnaire and other research methods of angle analysis enterprise culture key diagnostic findings and the breakthrough point, and puts forward some suggestions. This paper is divided into five chapters in structure. The first chapter is the introduction part, the research background and purpose of this paper, a brief introduction to the structure and research methods. The second chapter is the part of literature review, review of the development process and the classical theory of corporate culture, and the culture method in the diagnosis of enterprise theory methods are presented in this paper, theoretical tools are introduced in this paper will be used, and the general steps of corporate culture diagnosis. The third chapter, introduce the sample of this study, the development of A City, Metro Group, Metro Group A and mainly expounds the enterprise culture motivation diagnosis. The fourth chapter, introduces the application of a set of corporate culture diagnosis methods in the internal A subway, index refinement corporate culture diagnosis, including the outline of interview and questionnaire design, the design idea, the empirical study and the enterprise culture for the diagnosis of A City, Metro Group in the fifth chapter, the present situation of corporate culture of A a detailed description of city subway group key, the current situation of corporate culture of A City, Metro Group discovery and breakthrough. And also in this chapter of this article will be based on the research results of A City, Metro Group, puts forward proposals to enhance the enterprise culture, and summarizes the limitations of this approach, for the direction of further development.
