中文摘要:当前社会环境下,信息技术和经济全球化的高速发展,给企业不仅带来一系列新的严酷的经济竞争压力,同时也提供了很多可供选择的先进的管理理论和技术。项目管理理论的飞速发展也让很多企业认识到了内部管理进步和提高的可行性。但是在很多企业推进项目导向型转变的同时,往往忽视了项目管理当中采购管理的实施模式和风险隐患,特别对供应商优化选择方式偏于粗犷。项目实施过程中,采购业务的控制管理水平直接影响着项目成本竞争力、风险的高低及进度能否正常完成。怎样选择供应商,如何对多个备选厂家进行比较,是采购管理成败的关键,并且对供应商的管理也是整个项目进度管理、风险管理所关注和必须重点关注的重要内容。从另一个角度来看,采购管理的影响力在运营过程当中同样是不容忽视的。可以达成共识的是,对供应商的甄选、审核、支援、监督是运营采购对比项目采购的优势所在。因为,运营采购对供应商的管理是一个长期持续的过程,特别是对过往数据的可持续性分析是项目采购偏于一次性购买的特点所不能比拟的。所以,如果能够结合运营采购的优势为项目采购所用,必然效果事半功倍。这样的背景之下,本文结合项目采购与运营采购管理的共通需求即对供应商进行评价选择的要求结合数学模型进行研究,通过定性定量结合的研究方法,借鉴项目管理理论与采购管理理论及供应商理论,并应用神经网络,构建了供应商优化选择评价模型,首先通过虚拟数据对该模型进行训练,确定网络权值参数,引入虚拟评价对象的指标数据,通过对优选的评价指标进行综合预测,选出最为适合的供应商,最后对比期望输出判断模型正确与否。。最后本文通过针对公司的实际情况,面向项目采购供应商优化选择问题,采用BP神经网络方法建立了数学模型对其进行分析研究,并在MATLAB软件中编制了相应神经网络模型程序和检验程序,通过模型构建的整个流程及实际使用过程验证了采用BP神经网络方法对本公司的项目采购供应商进行选择是一种可行且有效的方法。期望本文的研究方法及结论能够在理论和实践上对正在推进项目管理模式的企业有所帮助并起到一定的借鉴作用。 
英文摘要:Under current social environment, the rapid developing information technology and economic globalization bring to the enterprise not only a new set of harsh economic pressure of competition, but also provide many alternative advanced management theory and techniques. The project management lets a lot of companies recognize the feasibility of improving the internal management as well. But at the mean time of promoting the project management by some enterprises, it is usually neglected that how the sourcing management tends to do and the potential risk, particularly the supplier selection methods are hardly cared about. During the process of project management, as an important part sourcing management has played a crucial role to project cost control and risk control, how to select supplier and compare the multiple alternative venders, is the key to the success or not of purchasing management, therefore, it is the most part should be focused on about the whole project schedule management, risk management definitely. From another perspective, the purchasing management in operations management also occupies very important position. There is no doubt that the supplier selection, evaluation and management are the advantage of the operation management compare with the project management. The reason is that operating purchasing management of the suppliers is a long-term continuous process, especially for the sustainability of past data analysis is the characteristic of project procurement be one-time purchase can't match. So, if they could be integrated the advantages of operating purchasing and supply management content used for project sourcing management, it will get twice the result with half the effort. According to this background, this thesis studies combines the project sourcing with the procurement of operation management for the common demand which is the supplier selection, and for better solution the mathematical model is also combined as the better tool. through the combination of qualitative quantitative research method, we constructs the evaluation model for supplier selection based on the theory of project management and sourcing management, also the supplier management theory and neural network theory are referred to, with the company purchasing history records data the model is trained, then by choosing the right evaluation indicators, to select the most suitable suppliers. Finally this thesis bases on the actual situation of Novozymes company, using MATLAB as the tool conducts the model of supplier selection which is based on BP neural network, thus validates supplier evaluation method based on BP neural network is a viable and effective approach to this company. The research methods and conclusions of this thesis are expected to help those enterprises which are going to promote project management mode and play a certain reference function.
