中文摘要:随着科学技术的不断进步,高新技术产业进入了快速发展的新阶段。较之于传统产业,高新技术产业面临的市场更加复杂,不确定性增强,高新技术研发需要的资源投入量大,技术生命周期缩短,因此高新技术企业必须相互合作才能更快的提高自身的实力,促进企业和产业的发展。 目前国内对于高技术产业的研究多集中于高技术产业的特点、发展趋势、创新及政策导向等方面,而对于产业网络的研究多集中于理论层面和传统产业,对于高技术产业网络的演化模拟研究尚不多见。本文将研究的视角延伸到产业网络内部,从产业网络中企业结点的决策和行为入手,探究高技术产业网络演化过程的内在机制及关键影响因素。 本文首先进行了产业网络演化的模拟模型设计和模拟过程设计,并以中国3G产业的产业网络为样本,抽取了结点的行为模型。同时,以中国3G产业的现实数据为输入,设定模拟运行过程和输出结果,以便进行模拟分析。 然后,对模拟运行结果进行分析,并将模拟结果与现实数据进行差异性分析。首先从产业网络的整体网络属性方面,比较了模拟结果与现实数据的不同,并指出造成这种差异性的原因。其次,通过模拟数据分析了社会资本和结构洞对产业网络演化的影响。 本文的创新之处在于,第一,采用了模拟的研究方法对产业网络的演化进行分析和讨论,并构建了产业网络结点行为模型和产业网络演化模型;第二,本文采用微观的视角,从产业网络结点的角度观察产业网络演化过程,突破以往研究产业网络只关注网络层面的局限,并运用现实数据来验证模拟的结果。 
英文摘要:Along with the development of science and technology, high-tech industry has stepped into a high-speed development stage. High-tech industry, with its great uncertainty, has a more complex market. The research and development of the high technology need more resources and the technology has a shorter lifecycle. All those characteristics make it hard for one enterprise to survive in the industry on its own, so high-tech enterprises must cooperate with each other to increase their own strength, and promote the development of themselves and the whole industry. In China, the current study of the high-tech industry focuses on the characteristic, trend, innovation and policy guidance, while the study of the industry network focuses on the theory and traditional industries. Few have been studied about the simulation of evolution in the high-tech industry network. This paper starts with the study of enterprise nodes’ decision-making and behaviors in the network, and explores the internal mechanism and key factors in the process of evolution of the high-tech industry network. At the beginning of this thesis, we design the simulation model and process of the industry network evolution, and create the behavior model of corporation nodes from the analysis results of China 3G industry. Meanwhile, by inputting the reality data of China 3G industry and setting up the simulation process, we generate the results which will be used in the simulation analysis. Then, we analyze the simulation results and compare them to the reality data. First we discover the difference between them and point out the reason for that. And by analyzing the results, we study the influence of the social capital and the structure-hole on the evolution. The main innovations of this thesis lie in: first, we take the simulation method to analyze the evolution of the industry network, and create the node behavior and evolution model of the industry network; second, we study the industry network evolution process from the perspective of the industry network node, rather than just focusing on the network layer; third, we use the real data to validate the simulation results.
