中文摘要:物流行业的重要性随着经济的发展日趋体现出来,而随着对物流相关领域研究的不断深入,一些新的概念及观点应运而生。同时随着多学科研究的交叉开展,给物流学科的研究也带来了新的内容,其中包括来源于精益生产理念的精益物流。精益物流起源于日本丰田汽车公司的精益生产理念,精益理念的核心是追求消灭包括库存在内的一切浪费,并围绕此核心目标发展而来的一系列相关方法及措施。精益物流是从其精益生产的理念中蜕变而来的,是精益思想在物流管理中的应用,并演变为如何通过消除物流过程中的非增值的浪费,创造无间断、无绕道、无等待的增值活动流,不断改善物流活动的效果来提高客户满意度。 本文主要研究通过引入精益化思想以及对应的控制塔管理模式,对D公司进口物流管理现状进行改进,来确保D公司的进口物流运作的高效率,进而对整个企业的生产运营起到足够的支持作用。首先,本文对精益物流管理的相关理论进行了回顾,并介绍了控制塔管理模式的相关情况。其次,通过分析D公司的进口物流业务实施过程中所面临的问题,导出需要引入新的管理模式来解决实际业务中面临的挑战。接着,结合D公司的业务情况对控制塔模式的选用类型进行了分析介绍。最后,通过整理出影响控制塔管理模式成功的关键因素,对D公司如何选择控制塔管理的对应模式以及应用方法进行了阐述,以达到对其他同类公司进行控制塔管理模式的选择和应用时能够提供一定参考价值的目的。 论文研究的目的在于通过介绍控制塔管理模式在进口物流方面的选择及应用,将精益化物流的管理思想和实际物流操作中的方法进行相结合,建立起一个可以供其他公司借鉴和参考的模式。 
英文摘要:The importance of logistics for the development of economy is becoming more and more obvious, and with the development for the logistics related field, some kinds of new concepts and ideas came into being. At the same time as the intersection of interdisciplinary research, but also to the study of logistics, brings the new content, including the lean logistics is derived from the concept of lean production. Lean logistics originated from Japan's Toyota Auto Company with the concept of lean production, the key point of lean is to eliminate all waste including inventories, and a series of related methods were introduced to develop this core objectives and measures . Lean logistics is the transformation from the lean production concept and is the application of lean thinking in logistics management, and the evolution of how the process by eliminating the production and supply of non value added waste in the creation of continuous, no bypass, without waiting for the value-added activities, improve the logistics activities of the effect improve customer satisfaction. This paper mainly studies the lean thinking and management mode of the control tower for the importation logistics management of D company, to ensure that the import logistics company D with high efficiency, and then to the enterprise production and operation to support enough. First of all, this paper reviews the related theory of lean logistics management, and introduces the related situation of the management mode of the control tower. Secondly, through the analysis of the imported logistics business of D company in the process of implementation problems are need to introduce new management mode to solve real business challenges facing. Then, combined with the business situation of the company D is introduced to the control tower model. Finally, through sorting out the effects of the control tower of key success factors of management mode, and how to choose the corresponding mode of D company management with control tower and the application method in detail, in order to achieve the aim to introduce control tower to the other similar companies as the choice of management mode which has a certain reference value. The purpose of the paper is the application of the control tower in the management of importation logistics is introduced, the method of lean logistics management theory and the actual logistics operation are combined to establish a can be used for other industries and companies and the reference model.
