| 中文摘要: | 中国汽车市场竞争日渐激烈,只有能够提供过硬产品质量和优质售后服务的企业才能够获得更大的受益和市场份额。与此同时,随着约束汽车产品质量的法律和法规日益健全,产品质量越来越受到消费者的重视,持续改善产品质量成为大多数企业所坚持的方针。传统意义的质量持续改善大都是从产品设计开发到生产制造过程中的阶段性改善活动,少有对产品从设计开发到售后服务的全生命周期进行质量持续改善的研究。通过对用户反馈的信息进行收集、整理、挖掘和分析,有效地利用这些信息的质量功能,使其能够成为质量持续改进的新起点、新内容,从而实现产品质量的持续改善。如何及时准确的识别和收集用户反馈信息,如何高效率的实现信息加工,如何将用户反馈信息与汽车制造企业的质量改进进行有效关联,使其切实发挥质量功能助力于质量改进工作,这些即为本文的主要研究内容。本文基于质量持续改善活动和用户信息反馈的基本概念和理论,选取汽车制造企业产品质量持续改善活动作为主要研究对象,结合国内大型合资汽车企业T公司实际工作过程中遇到的问题,总结分析并借鉴国内外对于用户信息反馈的采集加工和质量持续改善的主要研究理论和工具方法,论证利用用户反馈信息来推进全过程质量持续改善的可行性和影响,并进一步结合实例总结了给予用户信息反馈实现产品质量持续改善的基本策略。本文研究价值及创新点为从汽车制造企业的实际出发,将用户信息反馈和质量持续改善两个对于汽车制造企业非常重要的研究领域进行有机结合,通过提供问题解决建议的过程,论证了用户反馈信息的质量功能及其对产品质量持续改善的影响,并且具体总结了利用用户反馈信息进行质量改进的具体策略。给出的策略和问题解决方式可以适用于大多数合资或自主汽车企业,为此类企业在质量持续改善方面提供了理论和实践指导。 | |
| 英文摘要: | China car market increasingly fierce competition, in order to obtain greater benefit and market share is only able to provide excellent product quality and excellent customer service service enterprises. At the same time, along with the constraints of automotive product quality laws and regulations increasingly perfect, product quality more and more attention of consumers, continue to improve the quality of products become the most enterprises adhere to the guidelines. The quality of the traditional continuous improvement is mostly from product design and development to the stage of the manufacturing process improvement activities, little research on continuous improvement in the quality of products from design and development to customer service service life cycle. Through collecting, sorting, mining and analysis of user feedback information, the effective use of quality function of these information, so that it can become a new starting point, the continuous improvement of the quality of the new content, so as to realize the continuous improvement of product quality. How to identify and collect user feedback information timely and accurately, realize the information processing of how efficient, how will the quality of user feedback, and automobile manufacturing enterprise improvement association, to effectively play the function in power quality quality improvement work, which is the main research contents of this paper. In this paper, the basic concept and theory of continuous improvement activities and user feedback based on the quality, selection of automobile manufacturing enterprise product quality continuous improvement activities as the main research object, combined with the large domestic automobile joint venture encountered T actual work problems, analyzed from home and abroad to continuously improve the acquisition process and quality information feedback to the user the main theory and research tools and methods, demonstrate the use of user feedback to promote the feasibility and effect of continuous improvement of the quality of the whole process, and further summarized with examples to give users information feedback to achieve the basic strategy of continuous improvement of product quality. In this paper, the research value and innovation point for automobile manufacturing enterprises from reality, the user information feedback and continuous improvement in the quality of the two organic combination of automobile manufacturing enterprise is very important research field for the process by providing solutions, problems, effect demonstrates the quality function and user feedback on product quality improvement, and the specific strategies to improve the quality of information feedback by the user. Strategies and problems given solutions can be applied to most joint ventures or independent automobile enterprises, such enterprises in the quality improvement provides a theoretical and practical guidance. | |
