中文摘要:中小企业的发展有利于解决社会再就业问题,同时有利于推动地方经济的发展。在我国的现有民营企业中,有95%以上都是中小民营企业。我国大部分的中小民营企业在渡过艰难的创业期进入到成长期后,企业由于轻视人力资源管理发展的问题,使企业的发展面临困境。因此,关注成长期中小民营企业人力资源管理的现状,分析其成长期的特点,找到解决方案或解决问题的思路,帮助成长期中小民营企业跨出这个制约其发展的瓶颈,十分有意义。A公司是一家为企业及个人提供投、融资管理的金融类服务机构,属于中小企业范畴。本文通过对A公司人力资源管理现状进行分析与研究,找出该公司在人力资源管理中存在的问题,并提出相应的建议。 本文研究内容主要分为以下六个部分: 第一章:绪论。介绍选题研究背景与意义,并提出研究内容和方法。 第二章:企业人力资源管理相关理论。主要介绍目前国内外对企业人力资源管理研究的相关理论与文献资料,以及企业人力资源管理包含的内容。 第三章:A公司人力资源管理状况。介绍本研究案例 A 公司情况及人力资源管理现状。通过查阅文献资料、问卷调查等方法,对 A 公司人力资源管理现状进行介绍。 第四章为A公司人力资源管理问题分析,找出 A 公司在人力资源管理中存在的问题。 第五章:结合 A 公司的情况,提出完善企业人力资源管理的对策。 第六章 结论与展望,对全文研究进行总结展望。 
英文摘要:This study introduces the research background SME development is conducive to resolving the issue of social re-employment, and help to promote local economic development.In the private companies of Chinese,95% of them are small and medium private enterprises. After the hard period of starting a business, most small and medium private enterprises entering into the developing period ignore the human resource management.It limits the companies’ developments.Therefore, it has significant meaning to focus on developing small and medium enterprises’ human resource management current situation, to analyze its developing characteristics, to find the solution and to help those developing Small and medium enterprises to walk out the bottleneck. A is a company providing financial services institutions, investment and financing management for enterprises and individuals, which belongs to the category of small and medium sized enterprises. This study takes A company as the research object, In this paper, the status A company's human resources management analysis and research to identify the company's presence in the human resource management issues and make recommendations accordingly passed.through analysis and Research on the current situation of human resource management of A company, find out the company in human resources management in the existing problems. Contents of this paper is divided into six parts: Chapter 1:and significance, and proposed research content and methods. Chapter 2: The theory of human resource management. Mainly describes the status of the theory of domestic and foreign research enterprise human resource management and literatures, including human resource management. Chapter 3: A company's human resource management. Describes the status of the company's human resource management case studies. Through literature research, questionnaires and other methods, Human Resource Management A company introduced.
