中文摘要:成本控制贯穿于工程项目建设的全过程,它是项目管理的一个重要的环节,能否耗用较少的成本来完成项目的施工,直接关系建筑安装企业在某个项目上的盈亏,因此,项目成本控制的管理越来越被人们所重视。如何控制好项目的成本费用是实现公司项目效益最大化的关键也是本文研究的核心点。本文以Y公司A中心项目成本控制案例作为研究对象,对Y公司的成本控制和管理来进行分析,重点分析Y公司在建筑智能化工程项目方面的阶段性的成本控制情况。本文开篇对项目成本控制、挣值法等概念进行了梳理,针对建筑智能化工程行业的特点来对该行业项目成本的构成要素进行了分析。在介绍了Y公司基本情况和产品特点之后,按照工程实施的不同阶段描述了Y公司A中心项目在各个阶段成本控制情况,依照项目实施过程梳理成本控制要点。利用挣值法对Y公司A中心项目的成本控制进行了系统分析。发现Y公司在成本控制中存在预算偏离实际,项目控制不严,用工和物料管理存在缺陷等问题。针对上述问题,提出了加强成本预算控制,健全成本控制制度,加强内部管理降低用工成本,加强物料采购和存储管理等解决办法。希望通过本文对A中心项目成本控制的案例研究,来对Y公司今后的成本控制上有一点帮助。同时也希望有相同成本控制问题的企业,能有所帮助。 
英文摘要:Cost control throughout the whole process of project construction, it is an important aspect of project management,the profit that a construction and installation company can obtain from a project directly related to the cost to complete the project. Therefore, the management on the cost control of the project is at the heart of the management of a project. The cost of a project is different at different stages of construction, thus the management on the cost control of the project lasts the whole process of the project. How to control the cost of a project is central for a company to achieve benefit from the project, which relates to the main content of this paper. To analyze the process of the cost control, we choose the cost control on the project of A center of Y company as an example, we look closely at the cost control of Y company on the project of A center during the different stages of the construction. This thesis begins with the introduction of some concepts including cost control on a project and earned value method,and then the elements of the project cost in the construction and installation industry are analyzed according to the characteristics of this industry. After a brief introduction of the basic infromation of Y company and the characteristics of their products, we describe the cost control on the project of A center at different stages in the whole project implementation process and make a systematic analysis. wefind their problems in the cost controlexist in deviation of the budget from the actual cost, relaxed project control, defective labor and material management and so on. To solve these problems, we suggest them strengthen budget control, improve the cost control system to strengthen internal management, reduce labor costs, strengthen material purchasing and storage management.We hope that our study can help Y company to improve the level of cost control in latter projects. At the same time, we also hope it can benefit companies that has similar cost control problems.
