| 中文摘要: | 信息经济条件下,信息化的作用体现在对经济的带动中表现的越来越明显,越来越多的世界级大型企业开始纷纷启动信息化工程,从研发到生产再到运营以及销售到最后的售后各个环节,都高度依赖发达的信息化手段。高度发达的信息化手段日益成为大型企业新的效益增长点,成为大型企业发展的新的驱动力。根据企业信息化工作领导小组办公室连续四年调查显示,以信息化为契机,77.5%的企业降低了成本;67%的企业缩短了生产周期和作业时间;64.6%的企业增加产品销售收入;66.3%的企业提高了流动资金周转率;36.7%的企业提高了按期交货能力。 随着需求的多元化增长,系统复杂程度不断升级,人们意识到项目管理在信息化建设的重要性越来越强。事实证明,想要使项目能够完全满足用户的需要,保持项目科学合理的进度,项目质量得到很好的保障,实施成本合理有效的降低,使用户满意度和效益最大化得到更好的满足,科学的项目管理势在必行,是不可或缺的。项目经理主要分项目范围管理、项目时间管理、项目费用管理和其他管理。其中的项目范围管理是重中之重,它是以项目的目的为基础,将项目所必须完成的工作范围考虑其中并对它进行科学合理的管理,其中包括从立项到项目范围的计划和定义再到范围确认最后范围变更控制。项目范围管理定义项目范围管理是指对项目承载的全部内容的界定及对阶段过程的控制。要确定最终产生的是什么是在界定范围时首先要考虑的重要问题,以及可清晰界定特性的一些依据。最重要的是特性必须清晰明朗,且以清晰又容易被认可的方式表达出来,像文字或图形或一些被人认同的表达方式,要求就是能被项目参与人理解,切不可模棱两可,不然容易混淆视听,影响后续工作。以此为基础,才能为下一步的工作明确所需的工作内容,既项目范围是由产品范围决定的。项目范围管理内容及与其他管理条件关系明确项。 本文研究的目的:通过对天津电力建设公司人事系统开发项目范围管理方法的研究,将信息化项目的范围作出合理的确定,对项目范围变更的管理进行正确的实施,保证信息化项目的成功实施。 本文的创新点在于从项目范围管理的视角去研究信息化项目的开发过程,提出确定信息化项目范围的方法与进行项目范围变更控制的方法,保证信息化项目的投资效益。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Under the condition of information economy, information on economy drive action more and more apparent, the world each big enterprise informatization project in succession start, whether R & D, production, sales, customer service or operation of each link, depend on highly developed information technology. A highly developed information means to become large enterprises new profit growth point, become large enterprises in the development of new driving force. According to Enterprise Informatization Leading Group Office for four consecutive years of investigation shows, through information, 77.5% of the enterprises to reduce costs; 67% of the enterprises to shorten the production cycle and the operation time; 64.6% of enterprises to increase sales revenue; 66.3% of enterprises to increase liquidity turnover rate; 36.7% of the enterprises to improve the on time delivery capacity. As the demand for increasingly diversified, the complicated degree of the system upgrade ceaselessly, more and more people come to realize the importance of project management in construction of informatization. The fact that the overall project, how to meet the requirements of the customers, keep the project of scientific progress, ensure good project quality, effectively reduce the project cost, achieve the best customer satisfaction and benefit maximization, is inseparable from the scientific project management. The project manager is mainly divided the project scope management, project time management, project cost management and other management. The project scope management is particularly important, it is based on the purpose of the project, define a project must be completed by the scope of work and its management, including the project, project scope planning and definition, scope verification, scope change control.
