中文摘要：	全球和我国正在快速地进入信息时代，特别近年来电商、移动互联网信息领域正在经历着爆炸性增长，对软件产品质量管控提出更高要求。随着研究的深入和积累，软件企业逐渐意识到对软件过程的监督、管理是适应新形势下的风险控制、质量管理的核心；与此相应地总结出多种以CMM模型为代表的面向过程改进为基础的管理方法。Top项目在所在公司采用ISO9001标准的基础上，大胆引入和使用CMM模型。本文采用理论联系实际的方法，以Top项目质量管理为依托进行面向过程质量管理论述。 首先在理论回顾章节对包括软件质量的定义及特性、软件质量管理、软件质量管理的工具和方法等软件质量管理相关理论进行了回顾，概述了软件能力成熟度模型(CMM)的思想、模型内容、评价方法以及所涉及的关键过程域。然后，详细论述了作为软件质量管理活动所依赖的基础和指导的Top项目质量计划，包括项目简介、质量管理计划、质量评审计划、配置管理计划。在质量计划之后，本文对Top项目在需求分析、功能实现、集成测试及收尾等各个阶段的过程质量管理工作进行详细论述，主要包括各个阶段过程涉及的主要活动、重要性，影响其质量的重要因素以及Top项目针对这些重要因素进行的管理流程、措施和活动等。最后，本文主要进行的研究工作以及研究展望。 本文主要集中在Top项目个体项目面向软件过程的质量管理研究。因为软件项目及公司实际情况的多样性，所以本文对各个软件开发过程的活动、范围、影响质量因素可能与其他项目有些差异，相关的保证措施也不一定完全适合其他公司或项目。但本文详细阐述了涵盖软件开发过程中最重要的几个阶段过程，并尽力地对过程核心内容的阐述进行了一般性的提取和总结。因此，本文基于Top项目的材料和研究成果还是有一定的参考价值，特别是对那些苦于如何提高软件质量管理、提高市场和用户满意度的小型、创业型企业具有一定的帮助和实际应用参考价值。 关键词：软件质量管理；软件开发过程；软件能力成熟度模型
英文摘要：	Global and China is rapidly into the information age, especially in recent years, E-business, mobile Internet information field are experiencing explosive growth. Those developments put forward higher requirements to the software product quality control. With the deepening of the research and accumulation, software enterprises gradually realize the supervision and management of software process is the core of adapting to the new situation’s risk control and quality management. Accordingly to this sums up the various represented by CMM model oriented management methods on the basis of process improvement. On the basis of the ISO9001 standard the company adopted, Top project boldly introduced and used the CMM model. This article adopts the method of theory with practice and discusses the management of process oriented quality management based on Top project’s quality in this paper. First, in the theoretical review section the article include the definition and features of software quality and software quality management, software quality management tools and methods of software quality management reviewed relevant theories, summarizes the software capability maturity model (CMM) thoughts, model, content, evaluation method and the key process areas involved. Then, as the basis and guidance of Top project’s software quality management activities, the article does a detailed discussion on Top project’s quality plan, including project introduction, quality management plan, quality review plan, and configuration management plan. After the quality plan, the article discusses the quality management of requirement analysis, function implementation, integration testing and finishing phases and process in detail, including the main activities involved in each phase, the importance of each phase, the important factors affecting its quality as well as the Top project aimed at these important factors in the management process, measures and activities, etc. Finally, this article summarizes research work and research prospect. This paper mainly focused on the process of research of the individual Top project’s software quality management. Because of the diversity of software project and company's actual situation, so in this paper, the various activities of the software development process, scope, may have some difference with other projects, the factors influencing the quality of the relevant guarantee measures may not be entirely suitable for other companies or projects. But this article covers the most important stages of the software development process s, and tried to do the extraction and summarization of the general for each phase’s core content. As a result, the materials and research results based on the Top of the project in this paper has a certain reference value, especially has certain help and reference value in practical application for those small, entrepreneurial companies who suffers from how to improve software quality management, improve the market and user satisfaction.
