| 中文摘要: | 工程咨询业起源于欧美,发展至今已有近两百年的历史。近些年来,全球经济的急速增长促进了国内外工程咨询公司的不断发展,我国工程咨询业虽起步较晚但发展较为迅速,目前已经形成了一大批规模庞大、经营多样、组织结构复杂的工程咨询集团公司,成为当前市场经济主体的重要组成部分,对国民经济发展意义深远。而工程咨询集团公司的外部投资者到内部管理层,最为关注的还是工程咨询集团公司的财务管理,而财务管理模式作为集团公司财务管理的重中之重,对集团公司的长远发展起到不可估量的作用。集团公司财务管理模式,必须适应公司的发展阶段、发展战略、组织形式及企业文化和管理水平,并为公司降低成本、提高资源使用效率和规避财务风险等提供制度保证。本文旨在针对C工程咨询集团公司的财务管理模式进行研究,探寻当前财务管理模式的优点和不足,提出改进措施以促进集团公司的不断发展和壮大。本文在分析财务管理模式等相关理论基础上,分别针对集权、分权以及集权和分权相结合的财务管理模式进行分析,找出财务管理模式选择的影响因素,构建出高效的财务管理模式应具备的特征,选取C工程咨询集团公司为研究对象,深入分析其财务管理模式的发展历程,总结出现有财务管理模式的优点,同时也指出不足之处,寻其根源以提出改进措施,从而促进C工程咨询集团公司的进一步发展。本文最后对C工程咨询集团公司财务管理模式进行了总结,针对本文研究的不足在未来的发展进行了展望。希望本文的研究和探讨,对其他工程咨询业集团公司财务管理模式的建设能起到一定的借鉴作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Engineering consulting originated in Europe and it has a long history for nearly two hundred years. In recent years, the rapid growth of the global economy promoted the development of domestic and international engineering consulting company. The development of engineering consultation industry in our company started late but grew rapidly. Engineering consulting group has been formed with large scale, diversified management and complex organization structure. It becomes the main body of market economy and has profound significance to the national economy development. The attentions from outside investors to internal managers for the engineering consulting group are focused on company's financial management. As the most important part of group financial management, the financial management mode plays an immeasurable role in group's long-term development. Group company financial management mode must adapt to the company's development stage, development strategy, organization form, the enterprise culture and management level. It can provide a system guarantee for the company to reduce costs, improve the efficiency of resource and avoid financial risks. The paper researched on financial management mode of C engineering consulting group to explore the advantages and disadvantages, so we can improve the current financial management mode to promote the constant development and expansion of C group. Based on the analysis of financial management mode theories, we analyzed the centralization, the decentralization and the combination financial management mode to find out the influence factors of financial management mode selection, constructing efficient financial management mode. In this paper we selected C engineering consulting group corporation as the research object, go through the development of the financial management mode, summarize the advantages and disadvantages of current financial management mode so the improvement measures can be put forward. The aim is to promote the further development of C engineering consulting group. Finally, we hope that which studied and discussed for C engineering consulting group in this paper can be a reference function to the improvement of financial management for other engineering consulting group companies. | |
