中文摘要: | 企业文化是企业在长期的生产经营活动中逐步形成的文化理念、文化形式和行为方式,是一个企业信奉倡导、员工认同接受并遵守奉行的企业成功之“道”。企业文化由精神文化、制度文化、行为文化和物质文化四个由内而外的层次构成,具有导向、激励、凝聚、融合、规范、守望和辐射功能。 中航黎明锦西化工机械(集团)有限责任公司(以下简称公司)始建于1939年,是国内领先的化工装备研发和制造基地,所有的文化和管理都以市场为中心,企业文化类型属于市场导向型。2009年,公司与中航工业沈阳黎明航发集团重组,实现强强联合。黎明公司的企业文化共有三个层面,即战略价值观、策略价值观和运营价值观,三个层面的文化共19条,为一种战略导向型文化,是以企业战略为基础、为企业战略服务、围绕企业战略的要求而形成的企业文化。 由于两个企业在历史传统、行业特点、体制模式、员工素质等方面存在的文化差异表现出对问题的认识角度、思维方式、经营环境、行为准则以及判断的差异等多个方面,造成员工的意识和行为规范的差异,因此也带来了理念、制度、行为等方面的冲突。 为此,公司正确分析两个企业的文化差异,坚持“在整合中统一、在继承中创新、在发展中提升”的原则,选取渗透式文化整合模式,以锦化机文化精髓为基础,通过思想、形象、制度、价值观和行为的有效融合,取精华、去糟粕,选取了企业所需的先进文化要素,构建了适合企业发展的企业文化理念体系。重组四年间,通过文化宣贯、文化深植、文化升华,使新的企业文化理念被广大干群所认同,并在工作中能自觉践行企业文化,有效促进了企业的发展,起到了导向、凝聚、激励、约束等作用。 本文作者结合公司重组四年间在企业文化融合与推进上的实际经验,形成了《企业重组后文化融合与创新研究——以黎明公司为例》一文。 | |
英文摘要: | Corporate culture is the soul of corporate, is a sense of worth and code of conduct a company believes in and abide by . Corporate culture is intangible, but play a vital role to the development of corporate. , Corporate culture is the cornerstone of corporate competitive power and determines the rise or fall of a company. As for a reorganized company, after a series of hardware reorganization in respect of assets, liabilities, technologies, products etc., the integration, innovation and development of corporate culture will play a critical role for the corporate development. AVIC Liming Jinxi Chemical Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is a leading chemical equipment R&D and manufacturing base. The company was founded in 1939 as a part of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry and reorganized into AVIC Shenyang Liming Aero-Engine Group Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Liming) at the end of 2009, becoming a part of a member of the world top 500 companies – AVIC. Company’s main products include agitating equipments, large rotary devices, high pressure vessels and turbine machineries as well as storage and transportation equipments, speed increasers, speed reducers, industrial pumps, valves, and so on. The company kick-starts from ruins, rises up in the dilemma, develops through reforming and booms by innovation. After more than 70 years’ developing, the corporate culture evolves from the initial blurred genres to inception phase and original stage and to a corporate personality of “persistent, self-improving, unitive and striving”; a corporate spirit of “people oriented, be realistic and pragmatic, professional, integral and innovative”; and a corporate management policy of “focusing on internal management, exploiting the external market, deepening the reformation and revitalizing the company through science and technology”, thus a profound corporate culture is accumulated. Liming was founded in 1954, and is one of the 156 major engineering projects during the first five-year period. The management concepts such as “Contribute to the nation with aviation industry, try to be number one” corporate concept, the “Contribute power to the world development” corporate tenet as well as corporate philosophy and corporate style were established at the end of 1990’s, putting up the basic frame for the culture system of Liming. After a dozen years’ improvement and development, it has become a culture system comprising of strategic values, operating values and strategic values that based on unified mission and vision, unified strategic guidance of the group. After reorganization of the two companies that have profound corporate culture features respectively, they face not only the integration of hardware, but also the impact in respect of culture and concept. For this purpose, we have analysis of the cultural differences between the two companies, insist on the principle of “unifing in the integration, innovating in the inheritance and promoting during development”, selecting the permeation of cultural integration mode ,taking Jinxi Chemical Machinery’s culture as the basis, completed the publicizing, implanting and sublimating of culture and integrated the two cultures effectively through fusion of ideas, images, systems, values and behaviors, taking the essence, to the dregs, select the required elements of corporate culture advanced, built for corporate culture system suitable for corporate development. The corporate culture has been acknowledged widely by employees and the management, and promoted the development of the company and played a guiding, cohesive, incentive and binding role. The writer of this article experienced the whole reorganization process when holding the post of deputy party secretary and involved in the integration and promotion of the corporate culture, so has a deep thinking about the role of corporate culture after reorganization. This “A research about integration and innovation of corporate culture after reorganization-take Liming corporation as an example” article is based on this practical experience from four years’ integration and promotion after reorganization of corporate culture. | |
