中文摘要:化学工业自从它形成之日起,就为各工业部门提供必需的基础物质,化学工业的发展,改变了我们的生活的方式,提高了生活的质量。氯碱化工行业作为化工行业的一个重要分支,其产品种类多,不同的产品生产工艺不相同,优化生产工艺,降低成本,减少污染,提高产品价值与功能,便成为各生产企业关注的焦点。如何制定工艺优化方案,组织合理的技术改进措施,快速完成制定的方案目标,便成为各个企业迫切需要解决的问题。化工技改项目具有特殊性与复杂性等的特点,需要一套科学、完善、实用的工程项目管理支撑系统和工具来应对出现的挑战和问题。随着近些年市场竞争越来越激烈,各化工企业对技术改造的重视程度也越来越高,如何搞好技改项目的进度控制,控制好影响化工技改项目建设进度的各种影响因素,是管理者应首先考虑的问题。 本论文首先介绍论文研究背景,分析论文研究的目的及实践意义。其次对论文的基础理论及论文思路作了基本介绍,然后描述影响进度控制的因素,以及相应的进度控制对策和体系。随后以天津渤天公司氢气回收项目进行案例分析,印证进度控制的有效性。最后给出结论和进一步研究的建议,指出本文研究的不足之处,提出进一步研究的内容与方向。本篇论文的创新性主要体现在化工行业技改项目实施过程中按照项目管理理论,以项目的进度管理为主线,通过控制设计准备阶段的工作进度,设计工作进度,施工进度,物资采购工作进度,及项目动用前准备阶段的工作进度等来进行整个实施阶段的进度控制,同时加强项目中质量、成本、范围、变更等的管理,从而建立起一套完善的化工企业建造及技改项目管理方法。同时指出了项目进度管理应该关注的关键环节和主线,进而为与此类似项目进度管理提供一些可供参考的意见或建议。 
英文摘要:Since the chemical industry has formed, it supplies other industry sectors with the necessary basic materials. The development of chemical industry has changed our life style, and improved our life quality. Chlor-alkali chemical industry ,which has been known as an important branch of chemical industry, has a wide product variety, different production processes in accordance with product styles. Therefore, the production enterprises are all paying attention to reducing costs and pollution, increasing values and functions of productions. How to formulate the optimization plans of the process, how to organize a relatively reasonable technical improvements, how to complete the formulated plans quickly have become the urgent problems to be solved. The technical projects of chemical industry has the characteristics of particularity and complexity, a set of scientific ,integrated and practical project management systems and tools are needed to respond to the emerging challenges and problems. As the increasingly fierce market competition in recent years and the enterprises’ higher emphasis on the technical transformation, managers of the enterprises should consider firstly about how to optimize the schedule control of technical transformation projects, and control influential factors of the projects’ schedule process. The thesis introduces the research background first, analyzes the purpose and practical significance of the study, then introduces the basic theories and ideas of the thesis, describes the influential factors of schedule control and corresponding manners and systems of schedule control. And take the “Hydrogen Recovery Project of Tianjin Botian Company” as an example to prove the effectiveness of the schedule control. Finally, the thesis gives the conclusion and recommendations for the further research, and points out the shortcomings of the study, presents the contents and direction of the further study. The innovation of this thesis mainly reflects in the aspects as follows. The project implementation complies with the project management theories, takes the schedule management as the main line. The thesis makes the whole schedule control of the implementation stages by controlling the schedule of design and preparation stage, design stage, implementation stage, purchase stage and pre-construction preparation stage. At the same time, it strengthens the management of quality, cost ,scale ,changes of the project, constructs a set of integrated project management systems of construction and transformation of the chemical enterprises. The thesis points out that project schedule management should pay attention to key processes and its main line, then provides some valuable comments and suggestions for the similar project schedule management.
