中文摘要：	在我国，在以较大经济和社会成本换取较快经济增长的方式中出现了一些值得反思的问题。本文研究的主要目的和意义就在于证明履行公司社会责任与公司价值之间存在着积极的关系，希望能消除人们对社会责任的认识误区，促使更多的公司响应党中央提出的“以科学发展观为指导，走可持续与和谐发展之路”的号召，更主动地将资源投入到公司社会责任的实践中，并了解如何履行社会责任能够达到提高公司价值的目的，使之更积极地履行公司的社会责任，实现公司和社会共同的可持续和谐发展。 本文首先介绍了社会责任理论的出现和兴起的过程，以及社会责任与公司价值关系的研究背景。然后对国内外公司社会责任和公司价值关系的研究进行了回顾，发现大部分研究支持两者正相关。本文接着结合利益相关者理论和公司资源基础理论，对我国公司的社会责任对公司价值的影响进行了分析。再然后设计了以财务数据和虚拟变量组成的社会责任指标体系，以托宾Q代表公司价值，建立研究模型，对我国上市公司社会责任与公司价值之间的关系进行了实证研究，得出研究结果并对其进行了详细的分析。最后落实在对我国公司在实际中履行社会责任的政策建议上。 文中通过实证研究发现了市场对公司在国家、员工某些方面所做出的社会贡献信息反应较为灵敏，注重对国家、员工的社会责任与提升公司价值之间具有明显的正相关性；而市场对履行对公益事业和生态环境之类的社会责任的反应并不灵敏，这些行为和信息不能完全通过资本市场反映出来进而影响公司的价值。
英文摘要：	In our country, there are many problems when we get a fast development by the sacrifice of great economic and social costs. The main purpose and meaning of this paper is trying to prove there is a positive relationship between CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and corporate value, help more people to know about the CSR, eliminate the misunderstanding towards CSR, and also impel more companies to answer the call of government, which says ‘guided by scientific concept of development, to develop in a harmonious and sustainable way’. We hope that companies could contribute themselves to the practice of CSR more positive and realize a harmonious and sustainable development. At first, this paper introduces the development process of CSR theory and the background of the study of correlation between CSR and corporate value. Then, we take a retrospect on foreign and domestic related research and find that most study support that the relation between CSR and corporate value is positive. This paper analyzes how CSR affect Chinese corporate value combined with stakeholder theory and corporate resource foundation theory. Then, the paper designs an index system, uses Tobin Q as dependent variable, sets up a study model, and does an empirical study on the correlation between CSR and corporate value and analyzes the results. At last, this paper will give some suggestion on how to fulfill CSR for Chinese companies. In the paper, by empirical study, we got that variable x1 (national contribution) and x3 (staff contribution by staff training) are linearly correlated to corporate value significantly and positively. But the contribution towards commonweal and environment do not significantly linearly correlate to corporate value, and the empirical study shows that market is retarded to the CSR information regards these two kinds of contribution.
