中文摘要:云天化公司有限公司主营磷肥产品,在国内拥有核心专业技术,有较强的产品质量保障,在肥料市场上具有独特竞争力。但综合农业产业链来看,云天化面临着严峻的挑战。因公司产品所需要原料的产地限制,生产链条主要在云南,但所服务的农业生产部门主要在东北,这中间就存在很大的物流和信息流的障碍,而物流和信息流在产业链管理中起着重要作用,是农业产业价值链中重要的一环,所以公司业务战略将向物流业务有所倾斜,以解决企业发展的瓶颈,从而实现在产业链合作中的优势。 企业业务实践的发展需要理论的指引。对于企业业务发展策略,战略管理领域的研究早有涉及,传统的战略管理的设计学派认为,企业应该在充分分析、预测外部环境变化的基础上制定发展规划,安索夫等学者开发了各种战略计划的工具,但因为这一理论背后的假设不符合现实情况,逐渐被竞争优势理论、渐进式战略所取代;资源基础理论则关注企业战略管理中的企业内部资源限制,提出企业战略的制定和实施应注意内部资源条件。上述战略理论都是站在如何竞争的立场上的,这促使产业内各企业间的激烈竞争,而忽视了合作的价值,产业链理论正是因为发现了产业内企业间合作的价值而发展起的,所以我们在企业战略联盟的思想基础上分析了产业链战略的合理性,进而分析了农业产业链的特点,认为农业产业链应该做好“价值流、质量控制、物流、信息流”四方面的管理工作。结合云天化粮肥业务所处的产业链特点及优劣势分析,提出云天化当前主要的任务是打破农业产业链瓶颈,具体措施包括:发展港口业务、积极开展海陆联运物流模式、逐渐搭建电子商务模式,以降低物流成本Business Strategy; Industry Chain Management; Logistics; Information Flow,为充分利用运输资源,积极开展粮食期货交易以整合粮肥业务。但要注意其中的流动资金风险及期货风险管理,还要进一步思考粮肥业务在产业链上的更紧密结合。 
英文摘要:Yuntianhua co.Ltd mainly engaged in phosphate fertilizer products in the country,with the core technology, the products are guaranteed with quality assurance, so our company have unique competitiveness in the fertilizer market. But considering the agricultural industry chain as a whole, Yuntianhua co.Ltd is faced with huge challenges. Because of the geographical restrictions in raw materials, the productive or supply chains are mainly at yunnan province, but the demand markets mainly in the northeast, where most of agricultural products are produced, with the huge distance between two markets, the obstacles of logistics and information flow are considerable. Logistics and information flow play important role in the agricultural industry chain, so the company's business strategy will be inclined to solve the bottleneck of enterprise development, in order to achieve advantage from cooperation in the industrial chain. The development of firm business needs guidance from theory, you need to prove and predictive theory. For enterprise business development strategy, scholars of strategic management have long been involved in the field. The scholars of traditional design school argues that, enterprises should make development plans based on fully analyze and exactly predicting changes in the external environment, and then they have developed a variety of strategic Plan tools. But the assumption behind the traditional theory is not consistent with reality, design school is gradually replaced by competitive advantage theory, progressive strategy; the theory of resources based view of the firm focus on the internal limitation factors, suggesting that firms should ground its plan on internal factors. Those theories all pay attention on how to compete with other firms, neglecting cooperation with others, so the theory of strategic alliance between firms emerges, which is based on industry chain theory and cooperation strategy theory. So we analyze the rationality of industry chain strategy, its characters and operating process. We suggest that, agricultural industry chain management should focus on four tasks: value flow, quality control, Logistics and information flow. After analyzing the characters , strengths, weaknesses of industry chain facing our company, we argue that, the main task of the company is to break the agricultural industry chain bottlenecks, including developing port business, constructing land and sea transport logistics model, and gradually building e-commerce models to reduce logistics costs, in order to fully utilize transportation resources,. But we should pay attention to the liquidity risk and futures risk management, then reflect further on integration of grain and fertilizer business in the industrial chain.
