| 中文摘要: | 当前我国图情领域对阅读障碍的研究处于起步阶段,其中以该群体为研究对象的实证研究更是匮乏。图书馆有必要通过实证研究了解这一群体的的信息需求以及信息行为特点,为开展与完善面向阅读障碍人群的图书馆服务提供指导。本研究采用问卷调查法以及文献调查法对阅读障碍儿童的信息行为特征和国外已有相关服务进行考察。研究一:通过问卷法考察学习情境下阅读障碍儿童的信息行为特征,并设计出了适合阅读障碍者的信息行为模型,以此为基础进一步从情境、障碍因素、内容选择、媒介选择以及渠道选择五种要素对其信息行为特征进行考察。研究二:通过文献调查法,对国内外已有服务案例和成功经验进行归纳总结,整合出英美等国图书馆在服务阅读障碍儿童过程中的具体做法。综合以上研究,得出以下结论:阅读障碍儿童在感兴趣的知识以及阅读障碍的压力两种情境更易产生信息需求;其内容需求以语文阅读、写作方面的资料以及科普类的信息资源为主。学习资源信息获取渠道主要为家人或网络及手机,并以电脑网络作为主要信息获取媒介。其信息获取过程中的障碍因素包括个人因素如读不懂资料以及家庭因素等。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The current study of dyslexia in the LIS area in its infancy, of which the empirical study is rather deficient.Library need to understand this group's information requirements and information behavior characteristics through the empirical research, To carry out and improve the library service to dyslexia. This study This study adopts the method of questionnaire investigation and literature research to understand dyslexia children’s information behavior characteristics and foreign existing related services. In survey 1:Through questionnaire investigation to investigate dyslexia children’s information behavior characteristics under study situation. And design a information model which suit to the dyslexia to further explore information behavior characteristics use five factors, include situation, obstacles, the choice of content, medium and channel select. In survey 2:Through literature research to summarize the existing service case and successful experience at home and abroad, integrate the countries such as Britain and America’s library practice in serving dyslexia children. In summary, the conclusions are as follows: under two situations concluded dyslexia children's interest in knowledge and dyslexia pressure they are more likely to produce information needs; The mainly content requirements are Chinese reading, writing and general information resources. Learning resources information access from family members or network and mobile phone, and using the computer network as the main medium of information retrieval. The obstacle factors in the process of access to information, including personal factors such as cannot understand the content as well as the family factors and so on. | |
