中文摘要:我国从2000年左右开始进入了老龄化社会,是老龄化较快的国家之一,到2017年时,我国人口老龄化对于社会的影响将真正显示出来。随着我国互联网的普及,老年人上网的比例也在不断提高。公共电子阅览室作为提供互联网服务的场所,与公共图书馆的其他部门一样,也需要为老年读者提供个性化的服务。本研究旨在考察老年读者个体差异对其电子阅览室利用行为的影响,以此来对公共电子阅览室老年读者的个性化服务进行设计和指导。 本研究使用案例调研,将天津市和平区图书馆电子阅览室作为研究对象,使用问卷法、访谈法和无干扰观察法,考察老年读者的不同特征对其上网频率、互联网资源访问情况、问题咨询服务需求等电子阅览室利用行为的影响。 研究发现,个体差异对于老年读者利用电子阅览室服务有一定影响。在影响的因素方面,计算机互联网技能、人口学与生活习惯特征的影响相对较大,人格特质与计算机互联网经验的影响不如前二者显著。在影响的结果方面,个体差异对于互联网资源访问情况有一定影响。因此,在研究中设计开发的个性化信息推荐系统应该可以从某种程度上满足老年读者的个性化网络信息需求。另外,研究还为计算机培训、个性化讲座、移动客户端等服务进行了个性化设计。 
英文摘要:Since 2000 when China entered into the aging society, China has ranked among the rapidly aging countries. By 2017 the influence of Chinese population aging on the society will be truly obvious. Along with the popularization of Internet in China, more and more aged people begin to surf the Internet. Serving as the internet service center, public E-reading room shall also provide the personalized service for the aged readers, just like other departments in public library. This paper aims to study the influence of the individual differences among aged readers on their utilization behavior of E-reading room, thus designs and guides the personalized service for aged readers in public E-reading room. This paper uses case study approach, taking Tianjin Heping District Library E-reading room as the object of study, adopting approaches of questionnaire, interview and unobtrusive observation to study the influence of aged readers with different features on their utilization behavior of E-reading room, including frequency of surfing the Internet, Internet resources access condition, question consultancy service demand, etc. The study shows that individual difference among the aged readers has a certain influence on their utilization of E-reading room. Among the influencing factors, Internet skill, demography and life style have a greater influence, while personality trait and Internet experience have a lower influence. Seen from the influence result, individual difference has a certain influence on Internet resources access. As a result, the personalized information recommendation system designed and developed in the study can meet the personalized internet information requirement of the aged readers to some extent. In addition, the study also provides a personalized design for such services as computer training, personalized lecture, mobile client, etc.
