| 中文摘要: | “十二五”期间,装备制造业已成为国家重点发展的五大产业之一。在国家政策的鼓励及市场需求下,装备制造业已成为产业发展热点。市场的繁荣为装备制造业企业带来机遇的同时也带来了巨大的挑战。项目管理作为一门先进的管理技术,在国外装备制造业已得到广泛的应用,并取得了良好的效果。然而,国内装备制造业项目管理发展至今尚不成熟,仍存在项目组织不合理、流程体系不完善等缺陷。所以,如何通过导入项目管理模式,进而提高项目管理效率、降低工程服务成本和提高企业的市场竞争力,具有重大的现实意义。本文采用理论和实际相结合的方法,以定制化装备制造企业TJZJ公司为研究对象,进行了项目管理模式导入的可行性研究及导入的过程设计,并结合制造业生产管理、项目管理的基本理论,从TJZJ公司的生产经营特点出发,进行了项目管理模式的设计。首先借助矩阵式项目管理组织结构,重构研究对象内部组织结构,并建立了项目责任人间的关系矩阵,通过这种方式解决责任人跟踪及内部资源配置的问题。然后依据现代先进的项目管理理论,结合TJZJ公司实际,对项目管理中的业务流程进行个性化制定。最后在已作分析的基础上,以TJZJ公司ZY-1钻井平台模块项目为案例进行了项目管理应用设计,通过项目管理计划、实施与控制、收尾及评价三个阶段,对实施项目管理模式的应用和优势进行了讨论。 | |
| 英文摘要: | During the period of twelfth five-year, the equipment manufacturing has developmented to be one of the five important industries. Under the encourage of national policy and market demand, equipment manufacturing has become a hot development industry. The opportunity and a huge challenge were brought to the enterprise of equipment manufacturing industry due to the prosperity of the market. Project management –an advanced management technology, has been widely used in equipment manufacturin, and achieved good results abroad. However, the project management development of domestic equipment manufacturing industry is still immature. There are still lots of defects such as unreasonable project organization, imperfect process system. So, it is of great practical significance that how to import the project management mode, reduce the engineering service cost, improve the efficiency of project management and the market competitiveness of enterprises. This thesis was studiedusing the the method of combining theory and practice, taking the TJZJ equipment manufacturing firm as the research object, combining the basic theory of manufacturing production and projectmanagement, following the characteristics of production and operation in the equipment manufacturing enterprises, reengineering the organization and business process. Firstly, in order to improve internal management’s level of responsibility and strengthen the internal allocation of resources, we constructed the correlation matrixaccording to the project managementstructure of matrix type organization, reconstructedthe organizational structure,understanded the relationship to the person in charge of the project and grasped the relationship between the liability of person. Secondly, according to the modern project management theory, startingfromthe reality development of China's equipment manufacturing, the project management in the business process to waspersonalized developed.Finally, based on the analysis has been done on the application of project management in the design of the TJZJ -ZY1 drilling rig module project as a case, through three stagesof the planning the project management, implementation and control, ending and evaluation,the management advantagesof implementation of the project are discussed. | |
