中文摘要: | 二十一世纪以来,国与国之间的竞争已经转向知识经济的竞争。中国数字图书馆工程筹备领导小组组长徐文伯指出:21世纪全球竞争焦点之一是数字图书馆工程,它既是科学技术的竞争,也是文化和意识形态的竞争,更是知识经济时代下的市场竞争。由此可见,数字图书馆建设必将被赋予传播千年文化的使命,在中华大地遍地而生,成为中国快速发展的新兴领域。与数字图书馆建设迫切需求形成鲜明对比的,是数字图书馆的评价研究还不成熟。基于此,数字图书馆建设迫切需要科学的评判标准和规范的指引方向。本文以用户交互为研究视角,以用户与数字图书馆交互为研究方向,以评价体系为研究核心,运用质的研究方法之半结构化深度访谈和扎根理论,借助半结构化深度访谈收集资料,通过扎根理论从资料事实中抽象出新的概念和指标,从而完善用户与数字图书馆交互模型,为改善和提高数字图书馆在用户交互方面提供科学的模型参考。本论文一共分为六大部分:第一部分为绪论,主要介绍研究选题的背景,并提出了研究问题,然后概述了论文的结构,及创新点和难点。第二部分着重对数字图书馆用户交互评估做了国内外的文献综述,并总结了现有研究的贡献和不足。第三部分对现有模型进行了概念界定方面的修正,并形成了数字图书馆交互模型框架,后续的研究,都将基于该模型框架就行。第五部分对三个可预测性子维度:信息维度、技术维度和任务维度交互成功的关键因素进行了分析。第六部分是结论与展望,对全文的研究做了回顾性总结和探讨,并对未来的研究提出了启发式的展望 本研究基于用户与数字图书馆交互三维模型展开。三维即信息维度、技术维度和任务维度。在现有模型基础上细化了数字图书馆交互功能评价模型的可预测性子维度。将信息维的四个预测性子维度:适用性、易理解性、准确性和可获得性再次细化,得到影响适用性子维度的关键因素有资源的标准化、检索系统的智能化、界面的简洁化和用户需求的明确化;影响易理解性子维度的关键因素有辅助系统的完善、系统操作的简化和页面结构的清晰;影响准确性子维度的关键因素有元数据内容准确、页面内容准确、操作准确、资源定位准确和用户定位准确;影响可获得性子维度的关键因素有检索渠道多样、检索功能智能、检索结果展示形式丰富、检索数据安全可靠和存储操作方便快捷。将技术维的三个子维度:页面结构、页面布局和页面链接再次细化,得到影响网页结构子维度的关键因素有明确网页内容、明确网站功能、优化配置服务器和及时更新网站内容;影响页面布局子维度的关键因素有文字、色彩、多媒体元素和布局结构;影响网页链接子维度的关键因素有链接质量、链接数量和链接深度。将任务维的子维度,即主观感知困难度再次细化得到六个关键因素:性别差异、个人因素、个人能力、教育背景、对系统了解程度和系统的辅助功能。由以上关键因素构成了用户与数字图书馆交互成功的关键因素模型图。 | |
英文摘要: | Since 21st century, the competition between counties has turned to the territory of knowledge economy. Wenbo Xu, the leader of the China digital library project preparatory group, pointed out that the digital library project has already become one of the focuses of global competition in the 21st century. It’s not only the competition of science and technology but also the competition of culture and ideology. And it can be considered as the market competition in the era of knowledge economy. According to that background, digital libraries will be widely spread in China and become a new field because they take the responsibility of spreading our 5000-year-culture. Contrast with the strong will to construct digital libraries while we don’t have a good standard to evaluate digital libraries. Therefore, we urgently need specification and scientific criteria for digital libraries. This paper take the interaction between users and digital libraries as our study perspective and direction while at the same time take the evaluation system as core of our study and using semi-structured depth interview and grounded theory as method. We collect data by semi-structured depth interview and extracted new concept and quota. Then we improved the model of interaction between users and digital libraries and provided a feasible guideline for the builds of digital library. This thesis includes 6 parts: The first part is introduction. It includes the introduction of the background of my paper. I came up with the problem we try to study and summarized the structure of the paper and the difficulty point and innovation point finally. The second part sums up the document of the interactive assessment between digital libraries and users and comes up with the disadvantage of available research. The third part revised the existing model in the conception definition aspect and formed the structure of interactive model. The following study was based on that the frame of that model. The fifth part analyzed the succeeding key factors of the three predictable dimensions, which includes information, technology and mission part. The sixth part is conclusion and expectation. We reviewed and discussed the whole paper completely and I put forward the heuristic expectation for the future study. The research is based on the three dimensions of interaction with digital library . The three dimensions are the information dimension, the technical dimension and the task dimension. The research refined the predictable temperament dimensions of existing digital library model. We redefined the four subordinate predictable factors of information dimension once more, which includes usability, understandability, accuracy and availability. First, there are five key factors to influence the usability, which includes the standardization of resource, the smart level of the retrieval system, the simplicity of the interface and a well defined users’ demand. Second, there are three key factors to influence the understandability, which includes the improved assistant system, the simplified operation system and a clear structure of web page. Third, the key factor, which influence the accuracy of the information dimension, includes the accurate level of metadata, page, operation, resource location and user location. Forth, the factors influence the availability includes the diversified search channel, intelligentized search function, the rich forms of search results, the safety and reliability of data, the convenience of the storage of data. And then we redefined the three factor of technology dimension, which includes the structure, arrangement and linkage of pages. We drew a conclusion that the factors ,which influence pages, includes a well defined content of page, good function of page, the optimal allocation of server and to update pages in time. The factor, which influences the allocation of page, includes words, colors, multimedia elements and allocation. The factor influence the linkage of pages includes the quality, quantity and depth of the linkage. And finally we got the six factor, which influence the difficulties of subjective perception, includes sex difference, individual factor and ability, the background of education, the understanding degree of system and the assistant function of system when we redefine the mission dimension. All the factors above consist the key factors of model illusion of the successful interactive actions. | |
