中文摘要:案例教学在工商管理、公共管理专业的应用已经非常普遍,尤其是以哈佛商学院、毅伟商学院为代表的世界著名商学院。我国于2010年开始设立图书情报专业硕士学位(Master Library and Information Studies,缩写MLIS),其目标就是培养具备良好的政治思想素质和职业道德素养,掌握扎实的图书情报专业知识和技能,具有较高的外语水平和较强的跨文化交际能力,具有综合运用管理、经济、法律、计算机等知识解决图书情报工作实际问题能力,适应社会信息化和国民经济建设需要的高层次、应用型、复合型专门人才。随着社会的进步和互联网技术的发展,传统的教学方式已经无法满足图书情报专业硕士学位的需求,案例教学法的需求日趋强烈。 本研究通过问卷调查国内有图书情报专业硕士学位授权点的高校师生和访谈国内图书情报界的专家学者,主要研究内容包括三部分:一是调查分析案例库建设与MLIS教育满意度之间的关联;二是对图书情报案例库运营机制的相关要素的调查研究;三是识别影响图书情报案例库质量标准和建设流程的关键因素。 由于中国的图书情报专业硕士学位开设不足五年,课程设置和教学方法尚在摸索完善之中,与工商管理专业硕士学位相比,尚显稚嫩。本文将回顾国内外工商管理、公共管理案例库建设方面的相关理论与经验,通过比较研究,借鉴国内外工商管理案例库建设的成功之处,为图书情报案例库的建设与管理铺平道路。通过实证研究的方式,本研究发现:图书情报案例库的建设与MLIS教学满意度之间有着密切的关联,没有高质量的图书情报案例是影响MLIS教学满意度的重要因素;目前教师对图书情报案例开发和使用的积极性不够高,除了MLIS建立不久,没有专门的案例库建设组织以外,主要是因为案例开发和使用的激励制度、案例库的运营模式等机制还不够健全;对于单篇案例以及整个案例库的质量标准,要参考工商管理和公共管理案例库建设标准,并结合图书情报专业的自身特点而制定。 本研究通过相关调查与分析,结合工商管理案例库建设的经验和图书情报界专家的建议,尝试提出图书情报案例库建设的流程、质量标准及其运营机制等。 
英文摘要:Case Teaching has been very popular in Business Administration and Public Administration, especially in the Harvard Business School, Richard Ivey School of Business, represented by the world's leading business schools. China in 2010 began to set up Master Library and Information Studies (MLIS), whose goal is to develop with good political and ideological quality and professional ethics, a solid grasp of library and information professional knowledge and skills, with high foreign language skills and strong cross-cultural communication capabilities, with knowledge to solve practical problems Library and the integrated use of management, economics, law, computers, etc., to adapt to high-level information society and the national economy needs, application type, complex expertise. With the development of Internet technology and social progress, the traditional way of teaching has been unable to meet the needs of MLIS, and the increasingly strong demand for the case teaching method. This study investigated the domestic experts and scholars have master's degree in library and information professional authorization college students and interviews with national library and information sector through questionnaires, the main contents include three parts: First Survey of the case library construction and MLIS education between satisfaction association; the second is the library and information relevant elements of the case database operating system research; the third is the key factor affecting the quality of Library and Information case library construction standards and processes to identify. Because of China's MLIS established only five years, the curriculum and teaching methods are still groping to improve, compared with a Master of Business Administration, nascent. This paper will review the domestic and international business management, public administration theory and empirical case library building, through a comparative study, learn from the successes and abroad Management Case library construction, for the construction and management of Library and Information pave the way for the case database. By way of empirical research, this study found: between Library and Information case library construction and MLIS teaching satisfaction are closely related, there is no high-quality library and information case is an important factor affecting the degree of satisfaction of teaching; current teachers of Library and Information case development and use of enthusiasm is not high enough, except MLIS established soon no special case library construction outside the organization, mainly because of case development and use of the incentive system, the case database operating mode mechanism is not perfect; for a single piece case and the entire quality standard case database, to refer business administration and public administration case library construction standards, and developed in conjunction with its own characteristics of Library and Information Science. In this study, through the relevant investigation and analysis, combined with the experience and suggestions of experts of Library and Information Science in Business Administration from the case library building, library and information try to make the case library construction processes, quality standards and operating mechanisms.
