| 中文摘要: | 进入二十一世纪以来,中国安防进入到各行各业进程加快,安防技术快速的更新迅速在各个领域的应用,使得各个安防企业资源的争夺战愈演愈烈。在一定程度上也要求企业对资源进行最大、最有效的使用。资源如何实际分配成了关键问题。具体来说,就是对资源在以订单交付为主线的多个层面做全过程、全角度的管理与监督,并且用基于目标的价值理念来具体指导企业的生产与经营活动。从理论上讲,项目管理方法是符合这种要求的,而且其潜力也是非常大的。 定制化需求也给厂家带来挑战和难度,诸如在研发进度、原材料采购、生产成本、交货时间等各方面都需要厂家有一定的协调能力。 本文以YA公司在定制化Q产品订单项目为基础,深入研究了项目进度管理理论在YA公司定制化Q产品订单项目中的应用,详细描述了项目工作分解结构图、网络图、工作单元工期,同时确定了项目的关键路径,制定了项目进度的计划任务。虽然,在项目实施过程中出现了各种问题,并且最终导致项目整体拖期,但是,本文也深度的分析了拖期的原因和对策,具有较强的理论意义和实践意义,同时也具有一定的借鉴价值和推广价值。 通过这个项目,YA公司发现在定制化订单项目中,这样的项目组组成会对订单项目的进度管理起到积极的作用,将项目的目标定为订单交付,同时,将与订单交付有关的部门都拉到项目组中,这种项目进度管理的方式是非常适合YA公司的。通过这次实践,YA公司的领导层已经决定,将此模式延续下去,以便服务好其他客户的定制化订单。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since entering the 21st century, to speed up the process of China's security into all walks of life, the security technology update rapidly in all fields of application, make each security enterprise resource for mounting. To a certain extent also require companies to the largest and the most effective use of resources. How resources actual distribution has become the key problem. Specifically, in order to delivery of resources as the main line of multiple levels to do the whole process, the whole point of management and supervision, and use to specific guidance based on the value concept of target enterprise production and business activities. In theory, the method of project management is in line with this requirement, and its potential is very large. Customized demand also brings the challenge and difficulty for the manufacturers, such as in all aspects of the progress of research and development, raw material procurement, production costs, delivery time and so on various aspects all need manufacturers have certain coordinated ability. This thesis based on YA company in customized Q product project, in-depth study of the application of project management theory in YA company in customized Q product project, and describes indetail the project WBS, network diagram, the unit of work period, at the same time to determine the critical path of the project, the project schedule planning tasks. Although, there appeared a variety of problems in the process of project implementation, and ultimately lead to project delay, however, the depth analysis of the causes and Countermeasures of the tow stage, it has a strong theoretical and practical significance, at the same time also has a certain reference value and popularization value. Through this project, YA, found in the customized order project, this project was the schedule of the project will play a positive role, the project aims to deliver orders, and delivery are relevant departments in the project group, the project schedule management method is very suitable for YA company.
