中文摘要: | EPC工程总承包模式以设计、采购和施工管理一体化为特征的工程建设创新能力和增值能力成为现代国际工程项目管理模式的主流模式。EPC工程总承包管理的本质是充分发挥总承包商的集成管理优势,以项目整体利益为出发点,通过一体化管理、资源优化组合配置以及风险的控制实现项目增值。大型现代煤化工项目在国内基本都处于示范阶段,在建项目不多,成熟的现代煤化工总承包项目管理研究更少,因此如何通过对现代煤化工建设总承包项目进行有效集成管理,对提高现代煤化工项目管理水平具有重要实际意义。 论文在项目集成管理相关理论研究的基础上,分析了伊犁新天煤制天然气项目的独特性,阐述了伊犁新天煤制天然气项目集成管理的影响因素。围绕如何实现伊犁新天煤制天然气项目建设全过程、管理各要素、各项目利益相关者之间全面、统一、共赢的集成管理目标,论文针对工程总承包项目管理特点,重点分析了伊犁新天煤制天然气项目集成管理的三个关键点:组织集成、计划集成和变更控制,从而构建了组织集成为平台、计划集成为实现手段和变更总体控制的总承包项目集成管理应用模式。论文最后阐述了案例项目集成管理的实施过程与效果评价,并对该项目进行经验总结。论文认为,从案例项目可以得出,组织集成、计划集成、变更控制管理三位一体的总承包建设集成管理模式能够完全实现了全面优化和综合协调的总承包工程建设集成管理目的。 论文把项目集成管理理论运用到伊犁新天煤制天然气项目中,具有一定的应用创新价值。论文通过伊犁新天煤制天然气的项目集成管理实践应用,提炼出了具有实用价值的工程项目集成管理经验,其研究对大型煤化工项目集成管理具有一定的指导作用,也为相关企业工程建设项目的集成管理提供一定的借鉴作用。同时,论文对现代煤化工总承包项目的集成管理模式做了有益的探索,这些探索可为工程公司实现“走出去战略”、承担国内外大型、超大型总承包项目建设提供一定的理论基础和参考作用。 | |
英文摘要: | The EPC mode for engineering, procurement and construction management integration is characterized by innovation and value engineering construction capability to become a modern international project management mainstream model.
