中文摘要：	现代物流作为现代经济不可或缺的重要环节，已成为社会发展与国民经济迅速发展的助推器，同时为国民经济的发展带来了新的增长契机。物流技术的先进程度是企业提高自身竞争力的必要条件，且通常被认为是企业节能降耗、节约成本提升效益之外的“第三利润源泉”。近年来物联网产业发展迅速，在国内有关物联网产业的多项支持政策已经颁布实施。目前各行业正积极研究物联网核心技术在其行业中的应用，在一些领域取得了很好的效果。物联网的发展和应用将有力推动流通规模的扩大，提高流通效率，提升流通业发展水平，催生与现代化相适应的现代流通方式。在烟草行业，物联网相关技术在系统建设和应用方面应用效果明显，特别是在烟草物流建设领域，物联网与传统产业的有效结合，加速了烟草现代流通网络的建设，创新烟草现代流通模式。运用物联网技术手段进行烟草现代物流建设，增强企业核心竞争力，这也是烟草行业的战略要求。 本文在结构设计上主要分为以下几个部分。首先，论文梳理了本研究的背景与意义，介绍了本文的研究内容及方法，阐明本文研究的主旨，明确本文研究的逻辑及思路，方便读者查阅；其次，论文对物流、现代物流、烟草物流、物联网及物联网在现代物流中的应用进行了理论研究综述，为企业打造现代烟草物流提供了理论支撑；再次，论文阐述了山东烟草商业企业物流建设的历程，充分分析了企业物流建设取得的成果和存在的问题，为山东烟草商业企业未来现代物流建设指明了发展方向，为企业现代物流建设提供了导向；再次，论文通过理论研究综述、企业物流建设情况分析，确定了基于物联网的山东烟草商业现代物流的建设规划，包括指导思想、建设目标、基本原则以及企业现代物流建设的总体思路和内容；最后，论文重点提出基于物联网的山东烟草商业企业现代物流的建设措施，为企业现代物流建设的实施提供了保障。 通过本文的研究，不仅希望山东烟草商业企业能够通过现代物流建设措施的改进和完善达到提高物流运作效率、增强竞争力的目的，同时，亦希望烟草全行业乃至有现代物流体系的企业能够得到启发。
英文摘要：	With the development of the Internet technology, modern logistics has become an indispensable important link in the modern economy, a booster to social development and the rapid development of national economy, bringing new growth opportunity for the development of national economy at the same time. The advanced degree of logistics technology is necessary for enterprises to improve their competitiveness, and is often considered as "the third profit source" other than saving energy and reducing consumption, along with improving cost efficiency. Things industry has developed rapidly in recent years, the domestic industry, a number of things about the support policy has been promulgated and implemented. At present the industry is actively Things core technology in its industry, and in some areas has achieved good results. Development and application of the Internet of Things will push to expand the flow of scale, improve circulation efficiency, enhance the level of development of circulation industry, the birth of modern circulation methods and modernization to adapt. In the tobacco industry, things related to technology development and applications in the system application effect is obvious, especially in the field of tobacco logistics building, networking and effective combination of traditional industries, accelerate the construction of a network of modern circulation of tobacco, tobacco innovative modern circulation mode. Things using technical means tobacco building modern logistics, enhance core competitiveness of enterprises, which is the strategy of the tobacco industry. In this paper, the structural design is divided into the following sections.First, this paper briefed the background and significance of the research, and introduced the contents and methods, and clarified the main idea and the logic, making it easier for readers to consult. Second, this paper conducted a theoretical review to logistics, modern logistics, tobacco logistics, the Internet of things and its application in the modern logistics, providing the theoretical support for enterprises to make tobacco IOT, and build irreplaceable modern tobacco logistics. Third, the paper expounded the construction of the tobacco commercial enterprise logistics in Shandong, fully analyzed the achievements and existing problems, pointing out the direction for Shandong tobacco commercial enterprises and providing guidance in modern logistics construction for them. Fourth, through theoretical research review and analysis on the construction of enterprise logistics the article determined the modern logistics construction plan of Shandong tobacco business based on Internet of things, including the guiding ideology, target, basic principles and general idea of the construction of the modern logistics enterprises and content. Finally, the paper mainly worked out the construction measures of Shandong tobacco commercial enterprise modern logistics based on Internet of things, which provided the security sense to the implementation of the modern logistics. Through the study of this article, we hope not only Shandong tobacco commercial enterprises could improve the efficiency and enhance competitiveness via the improvement and perfection of modern logistics construction measures, but also the whole tobacco industry and all the enterprises which possess a modern logistics system could get inspired at the same time.
