中文摘要:随着社会进步和经济的快速发展,为了更大程度提高生产力和生产效率, 技术创新已经成为时代发展的主旋律。在这样的背景下,新产品的开发对社会需求和企业的发展具有十分重要的战略意义,它是社会发展的必要举措也是企业生存与发展的重要支柱。对企业而言,面对复杂多变、竞争日益激烈的市场环境,企业只有不断开发新技术,不断推出新产品、提高产品的技术含量,更好的满足市场的实际需求,才能为企业创造更高的利润,维持企业的竞争优势和发展壮大企业。因此,各企业都非常重视新产品的开发。故而也都迫切需要开展对新产品开发项目进度管理的研究,由此来缩短新产品的开发周期,提高新产品的开发效率,以期更好地提升企业的经济效益和市场竞争力。 本文在分析总结原有的新产品开发管理方法的基础上,着重对大沽化工股份有限公司化工新产品开发项目的进度管理进行了深入的研究。首先探讨了项目进度计划的制定,在了解大沽化工股份有限公司化工新产品开发项目的开发步骤的基础上,根据项目工作分解结构,编制项目的系统网络图,然后估算项目工作单元的持续时间,使用关键路径法确定项目的总工期,制定出初步的新产品开发项目进度计划。并根据企业的工期、工期-资源进行初始进度计划的优化,最终形成项目进度计划。然后,在项目实施过程中采用动态跟踪与控制的方法对项目在实施过程中的偏差进行识别和分析,从而采取有针对性的纠偏措施,使项目进度计划的实施始终在控制范围内。最后,对全文进行了总结, 指出本文研究的不足和进一步研究的建议。希望本论文研究的结果能够为从事化工新产品开发工作的企业和个人提供有益的启示和借鉴, 提升化工新产品开发管理水平和绩效。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of the social progress and the economy, in order to improve productivity to a great extent, technology innovation has been the theme of the era development. Under this circumstance, developing new products is of great strategic significance to the need of the society and the development of the enterprise. It is not only a necessary measure of the social development, but also an important pillar of the enterprise’s survival and progress. For the enterprise, in the face of the complicated and fierce market environment, new technology should be constantly developed, new product should be promoted constantly, the technical content of the product should be improved and the real need of the market should be satisfied, more profit of the enterprise could be created to maintain the competitive advantage of the enterprise and develop it. Therefore, development of new products is paid great attention in every enterprise, the research of project management of schedule is needed to develop on new products immediately in order to shorten the period of developing new products and improve the productivity of the new products, which aims at improving the economic benefit of the enterprise and the market competitiveness. This thesis bases on former management method of developing new products, the management of schedule of new-developed products in Dagu Chemical Co. Ltd. is further studied. Firstly, the schedule plan of the project is discussed, on the base of seeing Dagu Chemical’s new chemical products’ developing procedure, according to the work breakdown structure of the project, the system network diagram of the project is programmed, the duration of the project’s working unit will be estimated after that, the total duration of the project will be confirmed by using Critical Path Method, the initial schedule plan of developing new products will be made. According to the time limit and limit-resources, the initial schedule plan will be optimized; the schedule plan of the project will finally be formed. Secondly, during the procedure of carrying out the project, the deviation in the implementation process should be identified and analyzed by using the method of dynamic tracking and control; specific corrective actions should be taken in order to ensure the implement of the schedule plan under control. Lastly, the article is summarized, in terms of the limitations of the study in issue, further suggestion are pointed out. The achievement of the thesis could supply useful inspiration and reference for enterprises and individuals of developing chemical new product promote the level of developing new products and performance.
