中文摘要:人力资源是最有价值的资本已经成为全社会的共识,对人力资源管理从业者在专业能力等方面也提出了更多的要求,人力资源管理从业者也面对更多的工作压力。职业作为生活的重心,对职业生涯发展和自我价值实现是大多数职场人始终不变的追求,而职业生涯发展受到多种因素的影响,其中包括个人因素、家庭因素、组织因素、社会因素。其中,一种同类职业人群自发组成的组织所形成的社会交际网络发挥了重要作用。人力资源管理职业化的推动需要各方面力量的共同努力和合作,通过正规的学校专业教育、企业岗位培训、政府等部门的社会影响以及从业者个人努力等途径,对人力资源管理从业者提出了要求,人力资源从业者个人努力寻求的社会组织支持是推动人力资源管理职业化新的力量。但是,目前这一人力资源职业社群组织还未获得有效研究。 本文将从个体探索中的社会组织出发,在梳理职业共同体、职业生涯发展、组织发展机制理论、人力资源职业化理论等相关研究的基础上,对人力资源职业社群组织的形成发展进行研究,并且对人力资源职业社群组织的载体HR俱乐部作了介绍,进一步探索人力资源从业者的职业群体的生成、发展及其所产生的吸引力和影响,并以天津人力资源经理俱乐部——HR-Club为例进行深入分析,了解其发展与所产生的影响,以期为人力资源从业者个人和职业社群组织的发展提供借鉴。 
英文摘要:It has become the consensus of the whole society that human resource is the most valuable capital. Human resource required more from people in this field. Human resource management practitioners also face more pressures. As a center of the life, career asks for constant pursuit for development and self-value realization is most workplaces. And many factors influence career development including individual factors, family factors, organizational factors and social factors. However, a similar occupational crowd formed spontaneous organizations which play an important role in social communication network. Human resources management professionals need the joint efforts from all aspects, such as professional education, job training, social influence and so on. That demands much. Individual human resources professionals are seeking social support is order to promote human resources management professional. However, the current human resource professional community organizations have not been researched effectively yet. Article will start from individuals to explore the social organizations. Based on the professional community, career development, organizational development mechanism theory, human resources professional, professional theory and related research, this essay will study on the formation and development of human-resource professional community organization. Based on the overall analysis of the human resources manager club in our country, it will explore the generation and development of human resources practitioners of professional group and its attraction and influence produced. As an example of a human resources manager club, author will have an in-depth analysis on it, and describe its development and influence, so as to provide reference for the development of professional community organization and human-resource practitioners.
