中文摘要:知识管理已经成为企业在复杂多变的环境中保持快速反应能力、持续创新能力和核心竞争力的有力工具。归纳分析已有文献发现知识管理实践活动已经出现发展瓶颈:知识管理活动没有很好地融入企业业务;知识管理没有与企业战略、流程紧密结合并及时满足其需求;知识管理成为被动的制度、文化和技术,而不是员工和企业的主动行为;知识和知识需求者之间的渠道不通畅。论文将以上问题作为研究出发点,将流程导向和实时知识管理相结合,为解决实践问题提供新的理论方案和具体策略。 论文的核心内容是:现有知识管理活动没有在战略层面和战术层面与流程紧密结合,无法实时满足企业和个人的知识需求。以此为研究问题,论文提出流程导向的企业实时知识管理的观点,认为流程是知识管理活动的根本导向,知识需求是知识管理活动的起点,并以此为基础建设以人为核心的知识流动渠道,促进知识在不同主体之间的快速流动,实时满足各种知识需求,促进流程优化和企业价值实现。论文的逻辑思路是:提出某一实际问题——现有的解决方法和理论有什么——论文的解决方法和理论是什么——理论的逻辑框架和构成要素是什么——以理论逻辑框架为基础的具体策略和方法有哪些——这些具体策略和方法该如何应用。论文共有七章,具体内容如下: 第一章主要对论文的研究背景、研究目的与意义、研究内容与结构、研究方法与创新进行说明。本章的目的是分析论文的研究动机和研究方案。 第二章主要梳理相关研究成果。主要包括:知识管理理论的基本问题、知识管理供需观、知识管理流程观,以及重要基础理论(实时生产理论、基于时间的竞争理论和流程管理理论)。本章主要回答“现有的解决办法有哪些,空白点在哪里”,为提出论文观点奠定基础。 第三章提出论文的核心观点——流程导向的企业实时知识管理。包括:观点的必要性、重要性和可行性分析;观点的核心内容(理论支撑、概念与特征、与现有观点比较);观点的意义与定位。本章主要回答“论文的解决方法和理论是什么”,为后续的理论模型、具体策略分析提供依据。 第四章为理论方案构建具体模型并分析其运行机制。主要包括:模型构成因子的得出及内容分析;模型构建;模型特征及结构分析;模型运行机制分析。本章主要是为理论观点和理论应用于实践构建桥梁——理论模型,通过模型的构建和分析为后续的具体策略和方法提供依据。 第五章主要分析流程导向的企业实时知识管理具体实现策略和方法。包括:实现策略的基础——知识供应链;知识需求的产生等问题;内部和外部知识供应源的利用和管理;知识实时供应策略和知识实时供应技术的内容。本章主要回答“解决问题的具体方法是什么”,基本达到论文的直接目标。 第六章主要是应用和检验论文提出的观点和方法。论文采用个案研究方法,运用调查问卷、深度访谈分析宇通知识管理现状;构建流程导向的宇通实时知识管理模型,并提出具体实现策略和保障措施。本章主要回答“论文提出的解决办法如何与实际情况结合,如何具体运用”等问题。 第七章对论文的主要结论和存在问题进行说明。包括:论文的主要理论发现、主要结论,研究不足以及未来的研究方向。 论文主要创新之处体现在以下方面: 一是通过对知识管理本质及价值、流程导向与实时知识管理的内在联系的分析,将流程导向与实时知识管理整合,提出“流程导向的企业实时知识管理”的观点,认为“实时知识管理”是以软管理(不依赖技术的管理方式)为基础的、基于知识生态的知识流动渠道管理,流程导向的企业实时知识管理就是通过知识流动渠道管理来实时满足流程导向的知识需求。 二是应用文献法和解释性因子分析的方法,对知识管理模型样本进行归纳分析,提取出知识管理模型的一般必备因子,并结合流程导向的企业实时知识管理理论基础构建出新的模型。 三是在流程导向的企业实时知识管理实现分析中,系统构建了以知识供应链为基础的知识流动渠道管理的方法体系。  
英文摘要:Knowledge management has already been used as an important and powerful tool for enterprises to maintain their rapid reaction ability, sustainable innovative ability and core competence in today’s variable complex environment. With collecting and analyzing the related literatures, we can find some phenomena: employees in one enterprise can’t combine their normal work with knowledge management effectively; knowledge management also cannot be combined with company’s strategic goal and business process which demands are not meet in time by KM; KM has become some passive institutions, culture and technologies than employees’ active activities; Channels between knowledge and demanders are not good for communication. Based on the above analysis, the paper’s main springboard is to solve the above problems by combining “process-oriented” and “just-in-time KM” so as to provide a new therotical solvement and some pratical methods. The main contents of this dissertation are as followings: knowledge management activities are not combined with business processes in strategic and tactic levels and cann’t make enterprises’ and employees’ knowledge demands met in time. The dissertation puts forward the concept of “Process-oriented Enterprise Just-in-time Knowledge Management”. In this core concept, processes are the direction of knowledge management and knowledge demands are the starting-point. Knowledge flow channels are based on people to make knowledge flow quickly and correctly between different subjects so as to met knowledge demands in time.The logic thinking of this paper is as followings: want to solve someone practical problem——what are the existing theories and methods for this problem——and what are paper’s theory and methods——then what’s the logic structure for paper’s theory and methods——so what are the exact methods under this logic structure. This dissertation is divided into seven chapters. The main content of Chapter 1 makes out the background, motive, contents, originality, methods and framework of the research. Chapter 1’s researching purpose is to analyze the motive and scheme of the research. In Chapter 2, the dissertation proceeds to summarize the related research in the aspects below: Firstly, discussing the basic questions of KM theory. Secondly, collecting and analyzing the main views of the “supply and demand” of KM. Thirdly, summarizing the main thoughts of the relation between business process and KM. Finally, the dissertation discusses the theory about JIT, TBC and BPM. Chapter 2 lays a foundation for further research by explaining “what are the existing ways? And where are blank zones? ” Chapter 3 dissertates the core concept of the dissertation: process-oriented enterprise just-in-time knowledge management. Firstly, this chapter analyzes the theoretical feasibility and importance. Then the main content of the concept is explained in detail which includes theoretical foundations, connotation and characteristics. Lastly, the significance and location of the concept are analyzed. This chapter shows a basic direction for theoretical structure and specific tactics in later chapters by answering “what is my point of view?” Chapter 4 puts forward a theoretical model to make the concept of Po-JIT KM more dimensional and more concrete in order to make it realized easily. Firstly, a kind of factor analysis is used to find out institutional factors of the Po-JIT KM model which contents are also analyzed. Then the whole structure and its characteristics are explained. Lastly, the operational mechanism is gives out. The main function of this chapter is to provide a channel to connect the theory itself with its application. By building and analyzing the model, the chapter provides a base for further methods and tactics. The main content of Chapter 5 is about the methods and tactics for realizing the concept and model. Firstly, knowledge-supply-chain is introduced and redefined as the base of model’s realization. Then the chapter analyzes knowledge demand, internal and external knowledge supply sources. Lastly, how to do is explained which includes technology and non technology. The main mission of Chapter 5 is to answer “how to do”. In Chapter 6, the method of case study is used to apply and test the concept and model of Po-JIT KM. Under the basis of analyzing the status of YUTONG knowledge management activities, the chapter gives out a model for YUTONG and tells how to do in its specific environment. Chapter 7 summarizes the main conclusion of this dissertation, points out expectations of continuous research, and advances some suggestions about the analysis of the dissertation. Innovations of the research include the following aspects: Firstly, the dissertation puts forward the concept of “process-oriented enterprise just-in-time knowledge management” by analyzing the essence and value of knowledge management, the interrelation between process-oriented and just-in-time knowledge management. And the essence of just-in-time knowledge management is to manage the knowledge flow channels. Secondly, by using the methods of induction analysis and factor analysis, the dissertation extracts the basic fators of knowledge management models and constructs the model of process-oriented enterprise just-in-time knowledge management. Thirdly, the dissertation gives out a method system about managing knowledge flow channels based on knowledge supply chain.
