| 中文摘要： | 互联网的发展为商业提供了新的交易方式，电子商务借助信息化、网络化的优势发展起来。中国网络使用普及度高，网络购物的规模也随之逐年递增。2003年起，电子商务平台大规模发展，吸引更多的商家进入这个行业，电子商务行业的竞争激烈，在激烈的竞争中有的企业经过长时间的积累，占领大部分市场份额，有稳固的地位；而有的企业还没有让大部分消费者见到就消失在人们的视线。电子商务企业成长的过程中，运营各方面成本费用的平衡投入是至关重要的。新兴电子商务企业“唯品会”发展迅速，业绩良好，在企业内部管理和成本管理方面有自己的规划和方法。本文主要以“唯品会”为例，研究B2C自营类电子商务企业的成本。首先介绍成本及电子商务的概念、电子商务企业的成本构成；其次对案例企业“唯品会”的销售成本、物流成本、市场营销成本和信息技术成本进行详细的分析；再次将“唯品会”与其他B2C电子商务企业（京东、当当网和聚美优品）进行比较；最后总结经验和不足，提出建议，得出结论。唯品会在成本方面的管理优势可以供其他电子商务企业借鉴，给年轻的电商指明发展方向；也可以为其他行业的新型企业提供思路和方法，使之在短时间内以有限的资源抢占一定市场份额，迅速发展起来。 | |
| 英文摘要： | The development of Internet provides a new way of trading for business. Electric Commerce is maintaining a good momentum of development in virtue of informationization and networking. In China network gained high popularity so that the online shopping enjoys an expanding scale. The large-scale development of the electronic commerce platform has attracted more e-commerce companies since 2003. Some of the companies survived in the fierce competition and became the Leading enterprises; some disappeared even before consumers noticed them. Balancing the operational costs is crucial to the growth of electronic commerce enterprises. Due to the rapid development and good performance of the emerging electronic commerce enterprise—Vipshop, this paper mainly studies on the operational costs of Vipshop and others in B2C electronic commerce enterprises. Firstly, it will make clear about concepts of cost, electronic commerce and cost of electronic commerce. Next it will analyze the costs of Vipshop and differences among 360Buy, Dangdang, Jumei and Vipshop. Finally it will summarize the advantages and disadvantages of cost management, strategies and competition, give advices and conclusion. Those advantages could be be a reference for other enterprises and point out the development direction of the young. They also could provide ideas and methods for the new enterprises in other industries, so that they can develop rapidly to occupy a certain market share with limited resources in a short time. | |
